We were recently faced with having to have radon mitigation systems installed in two homes. The home we were trying to sell failed its radon test and the home we were trying to buy also failed its test. After scouring internet-based reviews, we contacted One Day Radon Mitigation LLC. Clif Blaeser, one of their regional managers, responded quickly to my call and arranged to come and look at our home soon thereafter. At our home he described various options for installing a system and guaranteed a radon level of 2.7 pCi/l or below upon completion of the project. The quoted price was reasonable and the project was scheduled to be completed before the closing of the sale of our home. Clif and his crew did a great job on the day of the project. The crew are all friendly and personable. They left the project site clean as can be. The final test showed a radon level of 0.7 pCi/l, which was well below the guaranteed level. The entire process, from initial contact to project completion, was a little over one week. After such a good experience, of course we contacted Clif for our second project once we were settled in our new home. The second project ran as smoothly as the first. Again, Clif gave us various options for the system installation. Again, he and his crew did a great job. Again, the final radon level (0.8 pCi/l) was well below the guaranteed level. After having two radon mitigation systems installed, I hope we are done now but I wouldn t hesitate to use One Day Radon Mitigation again in the future if the need arises. Their service is absolutely superior.
