So often, I've expected any contractor/home improvement company to be some combination of disorganized, not utilizing modern technology, perpetually late, or lacking professional communication. I've just come to accept that that's the nature of the industry. Thankfully, Clif and One Day Radon are a breath of fresh air. I was so thankful for professional communication, promptness, complete ease with the process, online invoicing, text reminders about the appointments, and just incredibly genuine kindness. We were so thankful for the work that Clif and his team did for us and would recommend them over and over again.
