We took our grand daughter to NYC for her 12th birthday. We booked On Board Tours in order to give her an over view of the city. Friends from south Jersey joined us The tour was magnificent. Our guide ( forget his name) was entertaining and informative. I have taken many tours and he was in the top 1% of guides. In order for you to determine who he is: big baseball fan, from Brooklyn and does comedy.

Excellent tour with an entertaining host. It was a recommendation given to me by a previous New York resident, and it did not disappoint!

We had a great tour with Tim a native New Yorker. His stories were great, his jokes were funny and his 9/11 experience moving. It is a fast paced tour so not for everyone but absolutely a great experience for our family group from Atlanta. I highly recommend.

We had a private party tour with riders ages 25 to 75 years old. Dina did an excellent job of customizing the tour for us and provided great stories and detailed information about every place we saw or visited. We really enjoyed lots of time getting out of the bus. I would definitely recommend this company for NYC tours.

we booked a tour for my parents who came from India ,The tour guide was so rude to my parents that they still remember the bad experience.
by the way the booking reps over the call ,the tour was good .
please train your staff how to behave ...please check if your staff can get around well with different cultures.

Tour-guide Jeff was amazing very knowledgeable, was great with our kids, and made us feel safe! A great experience and a great way to see the city in one day!

We booked this tour based on a recommendation from a family member. Our tour was Saturday at 10am. On Thursday they called and asked if we could come Friday instead but we couldn t since our flight wasn t until Friday night. They said no problem. I noticed online that many tickets were still available for our tour so I imagine they were trying to cancel it. Saturday morning as we were leaving our hotel to go to the tour they called and said the bus driver had an emergency and our tour was cancelled with no other option to book that day. I half expected for them to call and cancel but couldn t believe it when it actually happened which also left us scrambling. Wouldn t book with them again.

They sent an email confirming our tour and we went to the meeting spot in new york city, and they didn't show up. We checked the meeting spot again and we were right. We called the company and they didn't answer the phone. It was a horrible experience.

I've never reviewed a company before but felt the need to say something this time. Three of us booked a tour for 10:00 am on May 7. First let me say the web site gave directions to meet at a location near Rendezvous Restaurant which is no longer in business. The web site mentioned we would be furnished bottled water which we never received. When we asked about water, the guide ignored our request several times. Another tourist finally bought us water. The guide never offered to reimburse him. I don't recall the guide's name, maybe David(?). WORST TOUR GUIDE EVER. All the guide wanted to talk about was his family members and their positions and where they lived, also how much the rent was in NYC. We would have to ask where we were to keep him on task MANY times. We were taken to lunch at the Staten Island Ferry booths. HORRIBLE. I felt this tour guide was rude to the bus driver several times, not giving him proper directions about parking and pick up places. For the money we paid, this was a very poor representation of tours available. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO USE ANOTHER TOUR COMPANY.
