I love how Omniguard has created a product where traditional business and new technology meet. Their security systems are state of the art. They are directly linked with my iPhone, and I can control everything with my iPhone app. Amazing.

We had a system installed by the builder 3 years and were initially very pleased with service, responsiveness and reliability of the product. However we have had several problems lately of control panel reporting loss of cellular connection - notification which goes on at all times of the day and night. In addition, the control panel sensed the garage door status but we could no longer control the garage door from the app. They (after several phone calls) came out and repaired that aspect. (They said our control panel is not the latest version, but should it start going bad in 3 years?) . Then the notifications of no cellular connection started happening again...and again...and again...I called and left several messages, starting a week ago and no phone call back. We finally put the control panel on mute. I am looking for another provider because this just doesn't work for us.
After posting this review, owner contacted me and resolved issue. Apparently there was turnover at the company and things didn't happen as they were supposed to. Anyway, issues resolved and hopefully things will go smoothly from here on out.

Fine company to work with while you have service. The service was mostly reliable. But good luck trying to cancel if you need to. We had to move out of state suddenly and have spent over two months trying to get them to stop billing us. Numerous phone calls, emails, and assurances that everything was taken care of and I'm still trying to make sure its all handled.
OmniGuard was fantastic! I couldn't believe when OmniGuard's Andrew disabled my old security system that I had through my cable company, the cable company didn't even know it was disconnected. I sleep better at night knowing my family and my business is protected.

People, service and product...this was my simple criteria. OmniGuard was the only company that I found that was able to deliver on at least 2 of my criteria, let alone ALL 3! They take pride in their company, the community they serve and made me feel like me and my family were a priority. The equipment has been fantastic and a breeze to use, in fact, even my 2 middle school boys can operate our home automation system very easily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Several months ago, I asked Will Witt, lead system designer at OmniGuard Security, for advice regarding the availability of a secure 'state of the art' system with capability to provide reliable property surveillance at my residence and having the capacity to accommodate a substantial amount of easily accessible, monitoring information storage. He very generously spent the necessary time to explore and evaluate my situation, offered various solutions, answered my questions and advised me while arriving at the best approach to satisfy my needs. The installation was completed in a professional and timely manner and the post-installation instruction was thorough and complete. I am truly satisfied with the results and am now in the process of working with him again, designing and installing a video/security monitoring system for a commercial property with which I am affiliated.

After much research, I decided to go with OmniGuard for my home security system. I'm so pleased with my decision. The service has been amazing and the installation process went very smoothly. I went with a fairly basic security system; however, OmniGuard offers some other pretty impressive features such as door locking, temperature control, etc. The nice thing is that if I decide to add any of those features later, I can do so relatively easily with OmniGuard.
I love the mobile app where I can check the status of my system from anywhere. The whole system is wireless so there was minimal drilling into walls ... very noninvasive.
I had a small issue with my front door sensor about a week after installation. Will Witt came over the exact same day to resolve the problem and I've had no issues with the senor since then! I'm very impressed with this company and it's committment to customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home security system.

Waste of 2K$$. Worst customer service. Keep in mind they had been paid in full at the beginning. Getting all 3 cameras was a fight, they wanted to push out the third camera(which they couldnt install due to not having it when I paid for it) installation 2-3 weeks because they were "busy." After arguing over email I finally got them to install the third camera. Winter has gone by and there is already moisture getting into one of the cameras. Now all cameras are offline and they don't do business with CudaCam on Barracuda's cloud anymore. You know the company that makes the cameras. CudaCam sucks to deal with too. Couple of days ago I called them to try and get my cameras online. Havent heard back yet and nobody answers their phones. I completely regret the decision to do business with this company.
Got a system installed through them, and the management company (MyAlarmCenter) was horrible. The package was much more expensive than the competition, and still had a very aggressive contract including things like long terms and a very large buyout.
So far my experience with this company has been great. Nathan, who was my initial contact was very patient and informative. KC, who installed the system was so nice, patient and very professional. Thank you both very much!
Our camera system was outdated at work and the company watching it was not doing a good job. it was hard to get service or questions answered, to try and get a recording off it was impossible. A friend of the owner said we had to call Omni they would fix us up. One trip out and a few questions over email they had us set to redo our cameras and programing. They were out in a few days and fixed it so that we could use our system and not just look at it. The functionability of this system is awesome!! and so easy to learn and use, we have remote access on mgr's phones so we can watch our shop on all shifts. I appreciated the way they handled us so much when my mom and dads house was almost broke into I called them immediately. They quoted me the most cost effective package and had it installed two days later. I am so satisfied with their service I have given their name to at least a dozen others in the last month. Great job guys thanks for making us feel safe and secure!

I contacted OminGuard security to install a new alarm system and cameras at my residence. We remodeled our house and the old alarm system was over 20 years old. I'm a businessman and I'm hyper-sensitive to customer service and responsiveness. Ominguard hit it out of the park in both regards. They showed up on time, they were professional, they responded with quotes when they said they would, they answered tons of technical questions, they installed it with precision, they responded on nights and weekends to my follow-up questions. It was an impressive experience and I'm not easy to impress. In addition I had them reinstall a bunch of audio/video equipment and they also did that flawlessly. I highly recommend this company.
I first contacted Omniguard looking for an alarm system. Will answered all my questions and concerns and came over to describe the products and what solutions would work best for us. Soon after, the installer Kieren came over and installed everything for us. We did run into a few issues, but Omniguard was willing to take the time and complete the installation without any extra fees. After the installation was complete, I got a complete tutorial on how to use the equipment and modify some of the settings. Amazing and Friendly Service! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm/home automation system.
Last week I left a voicemail and sent them an email from their website asking for someone to contacting me about their services. I never received a call.
Worst system. We have had them over 7 times in 12 months when the system has been down. Tried to give them chances and benefit of the doubt. Excuses that they were sold... excuses that the house was too big. (4000 sq ft) alarm goes off randomly. This is not security. This is a nightmare. Staff changes, ugh. We work with three other companies via business and homes. Never had a problem. We are done here. Use ADT, or a dependable national company.
I used OmniGuard to install an alarm for my business, GS Testing. They were wonderful to work with, quick response from Andrew from initial call to final set up. The installer, Kieran, was very professional and worked rapidly and thoroughly. Training was excellent as well. I highly recommend OmniGuard.
I became an OmniGaurd customer in January of 2016. I selected them because I was told there was no long term agreement. I even justified their relatively high monthly cost due to this (mis)understanding. The document I signed clearly states there is. Although the blame is mine, I feel I was verbally misled. With all the legaleaze that accompanies so many services one buys, I want to alert other customers to pay close attention when dealing with this company. The sums involved are quite large. Their agreement is 36 months and the prices are high. Terminating would cost me just short of nine hundred dollars. That said, I really can't stomach the irony of these guys protecting my house from thieves.
This is my second home with Omniguard. They are so professional, helpful and totally affordable with incredible services/products. I refer them to friends and family all of the time because there is nothing more important than a safe house - and I trust them 1000% with my home and safety. Thank you Nathan and Casey!!
