Our camera system was outdated at work and the company watching it was not doing a good job. it was hard to get service or questions answered, to try and get a recording off it was impossible. A friend of the owner said we had to call Omni they would fix us up. One trip out and a few questions over email they had us set to redo our cameras and programing. They were out in a few days and fixed it so that we could use our system and not just look at it. The functionability of this system is awesome!! and so easy to learn and use, we have remote access on mgr's phones so we can watch our shop on all shifts. I appreciated the way they handled us so much when my mom and dads house was almost broke into I called them immediately. They quoted me the most cost effective package and had it installed two days later. I am so satisfied with their service I have given their name to at least a dozen others in the last month. Great job guys thanks for making us feel safe and secure!
