Worst system. We have had them over 7 times in 12 ...

Worst system. We have had them over 7 times in 12 months when the system has been down. Tried to give them chances and benefit of the doubt. Excuses that they were sold... excuses that the house was too big. (4000 sq ft) alarm goes off randomly. This is not security. This is a nightmare. Staff changes, ugh. We work with three other companies via business and homes. Never had a problem. We are done here. Use ADT, or a dependable national company.
