Amazing pools, the outside one has a Olympic sized lap land. Rooms, service and food all are the same great service from what you come to expect from the omni brand.

Excellent hotel and great restaurant. Love the omelet bar. A nice place to have a breakfast meeting.

The hotel was easy to find. The rooms are clean and nice. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic experience. Service was wonderful. The room was perfect. There s nothing like the Omni Experience . The hotel is a great location - easy to get to all the places we needed to go to. Would definitely return when in the area.

Very outdated hotel! No water pressure, cracked ceiling and peeling paint. Even a few lightbulbs out that were not changed during my stay. My room was dusty and carpet was never vacuumed in 5 days.

Service was great and hotel was extremely nice, clean, and classy. Just far enough from the river walk to enjoy san antonio without staying downtown

WiFi keeps giving me an error even though I gave them my email. (It says I already signed up, but it won't let me sign in--only register a new user.) So frustrating. And the alternative is to pay $15 for something McDonald's hands out for free. That's the opposite of hospitality. : (

Staff was very attentive and the rooms were clean. Location is conveniently close to six flags and SeaWorld. There is a large variety of restaurants in the general area of the hotel

Friendliness & cleanliness would receive 5 stars. Accessible room? 1 Star. If you are disabled...ask exactly what they have! If the room had not had a sofa bed, my caregiver would have had to dress me on the floor and I would have had to sleep in my wheelchair or on the floor! 1 room with a roll in shower but I didn t get it. Didn t know I needed to check. ALL room beds are on a box frame so my lift wouldn t work in any room!

Everything was very clean and nice. Definitely recommended!

The rooms were not bad. Our toilet wasn't great and the tub was too slick, which caused my kid to slip. And the restaurant in the hotel (Bolo?) has terrible service, but our overall experience was good in spite of the issues.

I came to stay at the Omni during the weekend to spend time in San Antonio. When I arrived, I noticed that the hotel was nice and clean.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The pool is decent. The quality of the hotel room was very average. Overall, it was a good stay.

Quick stay for a business meeting. Fantastic room and friendly staff. Hard to get into the parking lot though. But would stay again.

Call in the Air Force! A huge USAF convention was taking the place the same time we were here. It was enjoyable seeing so many service members in uniform again. Nice hotel, warm vibe from the bar, & easy to get to. Would easily stay here again!

The Omni San Antonio is a great Hotel. The rooms are spacious and many have a good view of the city. As with most hotels in San Antonio parking is quite expensive. The Wi-Fi seem to work well but the price of breakfast was a bit on the high side.

No microwave in room, fridge had a lock on it. Received no help with luggage on check in. "Complimentary" internet access turned out to be $10. Never staying here again.

We stopped at the place we we reserved and the smoke in the room almost killed me and it was a non smoking floor. I was shocked because they just didn't care. I'd stayed there before. We and got a room in the next hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff, lots of amenties available like coffee, dinning, shop, massage/spa. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom has large counter (for wife's makeup stuff). Good quality overall compared to a previous hotel down the road.

The staff was amazong, they showed us a room before booking and were able to get us a room for the length of stay we needed at the last minute.

Con: Decor and color is a little dated now.

It was a great location for a convention. There are a number of ball rooms that can be opened for one large room or multiple smaller breakout sessions. The staff was nice, helpful and professional and the facilities were clean and well decorated.

Most Hotels have a paper seal on entry door so that guest may feel a sense of security thst the room has been sanitized. Omni does not offer this.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The room was clean and nice. Overall great place to stay, would definitely go back.

It s calm and quiet, relaxing every time we have stayed. No one in the halls running or talking and housekeeping keeps everything clean, neat and fully stocked. Truly an excellent place to stay.

-Sent us to an occupied room upon arrival.
-Could hear children crying two doors down throughout the early morning hours
-Breakfast was delivered 30 minutes early, we were still asleep. Avocados were under-ripe and sour.
-Came into our room when do not disturb sign was on the door and threw away bridal gown bag

Management and bellhops are great. But it is not worth the price for these kind of mistakes.

We had a great stay at Omni! Our dog, Buddy, joined us during this little get away and this hotel is pet friendly. We loved their pool hours since my son loves the pool. On Saturday they had a movie playing for the kids by the pool. We joined them by laying on their comfy chairs and ordered from there their restaurant, Four Diamond Bolo s Rotisserie Grille. Pool opens at 6 and my son was sure to drag me down at that time. Their indoor pool is heated and you will have to pool to yourself at that time. HA! Downtown S.A. is only 10 minutes away and this hotel is located right next to the expressway so its easy to get there. Our overall stay here was great! Oh and there's no charge for parking!

Very nice looking hotel. Great conference facilities. Good food (breakfast and lunch). Very nice rooms. Spacious and very clean, and very comfortable bed. Would recommend anyone to stay for business or pleasure.

Honestly THE best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and patient as my grandparents had many questions, the rooms were beautiful and sized well. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Housekeeping does an outstanding job as I went downstairs to the restaurant Bolos to eat breakfast and after i came back up my room was already cleaned and refreshed.
Not to mention how amazing Bolos was, the staff was there for your every need and absolutely incredible service! Friendly waiters, amazing food; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mercedes was a very polite young lady, and she made sure your experience was the best it could be.
The pool and gym were incredible, and not super busy in the evening which I really enjoyed. It closes at 11pm and wasnt too cold.
The Omni is a very clean and classy hotel with excellent service. I will be staying there again in my travels!

Beware of the Omni Resort SPA !
Do not buy a gift card for a friend or relative at the SPA Omni Resort in San Antonio, Tx.
It is the worst gift you can do.
I buy a gift card for the SPA Omni Resort for my mom on her birthday.
To access it, he was asked to make reservations for the service, make a reservation with a credit or debit card.
At the end of the service, they told him that his gift card was not registered and that he had to pay 500 dollars plus 20% tip.
My Mama, insisting that it was a gift card and showing it, did not pay attention to her and in an arrogant and overbearing way the employee told her that this card was not registered and that she would charge her card.
It was until the manager arrived and checked the card and immediately observed that if it was in the system and that the card was valid.
I tried to make a nice gift for my Mama, but the only thing I did was make her have an unpleasant moment, that I would never buy anything at Omni Resort San Antonio.

Not a great location in my opinion. Better to stay downtown. Also, you have to pay extra for internet. Rooms/building is sort of on the older side and the bathroom in our room really needs to be redone.

My key issue was centered around the Internet. I couldn't get on without giving you all so much information. When I called the front desk for assistance, they didn't answer. I tried again awhile later. They didn't answer again. I finally reached someone on the third try who investigated it and told me that what it was showing me was actually inaccurate and it should be free. So, I proceeded under that assumption with the instructions they gave me. Now, I have a charge from you for Internet use that I was told would be free. When I called to get it resolved the person told me she didn't know how to resolve it and I would have to call back on Monday. Super annoying that this even happened in the first place and poor service throughout the whole experience.

The food (particularly the chicken) from Bolo's was surprisingly sub-par. The tres leches cake was very good though.

I also appreciated that your pillows weren't too fluffy. I hate the really tall/fluffy pillows that most hotels offer and yours were great in comparison.

The room was fine--not super impressed with the flickering light bulb in the bathroom as well as the curtain that required some jimmy-rigging to get it to open or close though.

Very nice hotel the staff was very friendly the rate was excellent the pool is oversized pool everything about this place was five stars.

I loved this facility. Very clean, the staff were wondetful- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
The breakfast crew at the restaurant were amazing! Awesome omelets- if you stay here GET THE OMELETS. Seriously. Plenty of choices at the breakfast bar.. but GET THE OMELETTES.
The only thing that would make it better would be food available later in the evening. Everything seems to shut down at 9 pm...

Spent our Anniversary here and we had a blast. 300+ students checked in on the same weekend but the hotel staff kept everything in check and it was a beauty to watch. Great restaurant and bar downstairs. Food was awesome!

The main lobby had an amazing atmosphere thanks to the wonderful live piano and lighting, and the staff was well trained and attentive.

Excellent view of sunrise over the city. Supportive, professional, and helpful staff. My children also enjoyed movie night by the pool.

There was a power outage followed by a "fire drill" which was all handled poorly. I have been in over twelve different rooms here and some are considerably nicer than others for the same price, so it is the luck of the draw with that. There rooms are fairly unclean for the price. Do not move the furniture if you are not prepared to see what is underneath. The biggest problem that I have had with this place is things disappearing. Not large things, just things like phone charges and ac adapters. This will prevent me from staying here again, however you will decide if that affects you.

Overall very nice stay; comfortable clean rooms and awesome indoor pool, hot tub and gym. Great in room food; delivery came a bit late due to a mix up in time but we got a refund because of that. TV was a bit small and off to the side of the bed and was not HD/with built in TV guide, but still good enough and we had fun watching the Rockets game. My allergies did flare up some but I think it was due to San Antonio weather; room was clean and they do clean it even more thoroughly if pet stays there.

Overall, the Omni is a good hotel and I would stay there again. Lobby and rooms were clean with plenty of free parking. Location is good for many of the businesses around the area, both retail and professional.

We have stayed at other Omni hotels so my expectations were a little high. Was actually a little disappointed in the room. First of all, the view was horrible. And both of the lamps in the room weren't working properly. The indoor/outdoor pool was a positive, but other than that, don't think I'll be returning to this hotel anytime soon

Room is clean. Location is good, a lot of restaurants and a HEB is nearby. Only complaint is no free WIFI.

Great recreational hotel from the mini Piano concert in the Lobby, to the indoor and outdoor pools, full size Gym and plenty of outdoor leisure space. It is a well kept hotel with up to date decor.

Clean and close to area business as well as Fiesta Texas. In a center with various food locations within walking distance. Great lobby bar, little expensive.

Excellent hotel stay with outstanding staff. Well prepared and delicious food in Bolo's restaurant. Every member of the hotel staff went out of their way during our 4 day stay. We have travelled all over the world to many countries, including other Omni Hotels, but this one stuck out as extra special. Thinking back ,it was the attitude of every member of the hotel staff and how we were treated as their guests.

I was there for a wedding and I had really good time. The dinner catered by the Omni hotel was really good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bellman(Reynold) and the waitress in hotel restaurant (Mercedes) were AMAZING! They were so friendly and kind and made my stay EXTRA special. We will definitely stay here again.

The Omni has great Ballroom facilities. We had twelve hundred in and out all weekend and everything worked well.

Pretty nice stay. Some people say it's a little outdated compared to other omni hotels. I've stayed in several. both Corpus ones. Both Houston ones and San Antonio. All I can say is it was nice. The staff was friendly they accommodated us as much as they possibly could. Our room was clean bathroom was clean also. We even enjoyed our select guest perks of free internet and complimentary beverages. We had the breakfast buffet twice. The potatoes with rancheros sauce were delicious so was the stuffed crepe and the pancakes were yummy. We enjoyed the live piano music in the lobby. We went for our anniversary and we only stay at omni because we enjoy the service. As for those who pick at the things that don't really matter like outdated rooms or a bad paint job well go stay at a more expensive much nicer updated hotel this was just fine for me. One downside, if there are loud guests you may hear them. All in all great stay.

My stay at The Omni San Antonio was nothing short of amazing. The staff was very prompt and friendly. Even though I had one hiccup after notifying the staff my concern/problem was fixed in a timely manner. Breakfast was sooo good and the restaurant staff is extra friendly.. Thomas and Carla( I think that's her name ) you guys rock! You two understood and corrected my problem within mintues and made my boyfriend and I stay even better.. I will be returning to this hotel when in the San Antonio area. I wouldn't dare stay any other place... Book it! You will not be disappointed!
