The room was a little outdated and dark. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel. But, the service was excellent and very professional. A few more updates and the hotel could live up to the 4 star ranking.

Great service from the very beginning til the very end. The bell hop take your luggage to your room and will come back and pick dem up at the end of your stay. The parking attendances was super nice open your door made me feel like I was a celebrity. The room was great the bed was lil to soft to my liking.overall it was a great place to stay. The location was great everything in walking distance.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were as expected online. Right in the heart of Charlotte's uptown with easy access to dining and entertainment.
Room was not well insulated and you could hear everything in hall and neighboring rooms. Having a raucous group staying beside us did not help. Did not make for a good night's sleep.

There are so many great things I can say about this hotel! It was amazing. We had two adjoining rooms on the top floor. It was the weekend during the summer so the pool area was very full; couldn t really enjoy much time with the young one. Staff was great! I went in August.

The hotel itself was amazing. Our room was clean and updated. Stayed on the 12th floor and the views were amazing. Park via valet for $30 because the parking garage charges $44 to park overnight. Wish this would have been stated somewhere.

Nice hotel. Especially like the complimentary room room service coffee in the morning. As a business traveler, I prefer other hotel chains because their more robust benefits for status members.

Half the hotel is renovated. For some reason you pay the same price whether you are in a new room or if u are in a room that hasn't been renovated for probably happened 20 years. Doesn't make sense. Hilarious thing is the website says "Hotel reimagination complete March 2018", but the renovations are NOT complete.

Just okay. You don t get anything extra for what you are paying. Valet was $35/night and the public parking garage as your other option was $50/night. No complimentary bottled water - $6 bottle in room. Wouldn t stay here again for what we paid.

Every time I have stayed in this hotel I have been nothing but satisfied! I absolutely loved the Bell and Valet Staff this last visit. The room this time had and amazing view and they gym facility is PHENOMENAL! The breakfast is just as impressive and it's nice that they kind of have everything you need in one building! If you are looking to be close to major venues I would definitely recommend this place for you! They also have a car service if you need to get anywhere instead of having to call a taxi!! Only negative I had was the fact that our bathroom was a little small in the particular room I stayed in this time, but who cares!

The Omni is quite the cool hotel. The lobby is really cool and you kind of just go to this black hole in the parking garage and the next thing you know you re in a fancy hotel with a bright lit lobby. If you decide to stay at this location you were going to be in the heart of uptown Charlotte in walking distance to everywhere.

To get to the hotel you just look for the tarps and scaffolding. Don't worry it says "Hotel Entrance". Hand your car off for an unmentioned parking and storing fee of about $24. If your not a modern human with a phone hot spot you'll need to pay an extra $10 for bottom teir internet and $15 for regular "gaming" speed. Settle in to your $164 (actually $194) and listen to whatever your neighbor has to talk about. If you forget your supposed to sleep your TV will lose stream at around 1:30 am. That might be accidental or the neighbors may have complained my volume at 4 was penetrating the hotel room walls.

The valet Mgmt needs to be retrained.. I left keys with valet when I left hotel. I ve tried for a week to have keys mailed/ Fedex To my business. I ve been lied too each and every time I ve called requesting information on my keys.. I asked to speak with GM and was told my problem was not important enough to speak with upper Mgmt. Yet still, valet and front desk supervisor s have done nothing.
If this group of employees worked for me they would be in unemployment line when I learned of how they treated a customer.

I am so disappointed. Attended a wedding here and several wedding cards went missing from the basket. Hotel staff took it upon themselves to bring all of the wedding gifts and cards to the newlyweds suite without them asking and several things went missing. My card was one of the ones missing which is so unfortunate for the bride and groom.

This is so sad because this hotel was beautiful and so were the rooms but how sad and shady that this happened!

I would really love to give this hotel a higher rating...the front desk was great!!! However, we were treated by the bartenders as if we had sneaked in out of the fields and tried to elicit some "cornbread" without the knowledge of the homeowner....my husband and I waited 30mins to get a bartender's notice (it was only about 10 of us at the bar)...One of the other patrons offered to place an order for us...Never been so embarrassed...if I couldn't afford to be there...I never would've gotten a suite there...which was very nice outside of not having a wet bar or coming with the promised amenities...the bartender should be ashamed of herself...probably will be my first and last stay at this hotel...sad bc it was also my first time in Charlotte

The hotel is nice and the staff are nice. Unfortunately it is located next to the Epicenter. If you are looking to party all night this might be a good option. But if you want to be in bed before midnight and want a good night sleep definitely look for a hotel further from Epicenter because they have a rooftop bar that plays extremely loud music till around 2AM.

Service poor, left my glasses behind and it has been a nightmare trying to get a reaponse from the hotel. At first the hotel desk confirmed they have and would send , that has been now more than four weeks. Trying to call and ask agin about my glasses they send me to speak to everyone's voice mail.

Convenient location, located right in the middle of the city. Rooms are a bit dated, bathrooms awkward and small, shower rudimentary. No free wifi. Complimentary water wouldn't have gone amiss.

Went to the Omni for their goldrush new years event and had a great time. It's was full but not too packed, great vibe, nice people and a solid band. They actually had enough bars too. Will probably be there again next year.

Noise was awful. No sleep. Pool was closed. Bathroom was great, but needs grab bar.to get out of bath tub. No three prong outlets near the bed.pool was closed, area looks nice. Downtown has out door bands on Thursday and Saturday nights. Do not stay on the side with renovations. New room windows in renovated rooms, Do Not Keep out the music. Music goes on til 2AM.
Staff and food was great, excellent exercise room. Downtown is wonderful.

My husband and i stayed at this Hotel for his birthday weekend and let me just say it was amazing. First of all, they made him a cupcake and garnish the plate with a "Happy Birthday" writing although they spelled the name wrong, but it was beautiful. This is by far the best hotel with amazing, polite, welcoming staff. Everyone seemed so nice.
Now here is my reason for the 4 stars though. When we first got there we had a few mishaps that almost made us "kindda" regret it, but the staff made up for it. I love reviews so I have to give my honest opinion no matter what. Our room didn't have a fridge or microwave and with the notion that we were there for his b-day we were hoping they will give us a room with those appliances. Secondly one of the towels had hairs in it, which was quick replaced by an amazing staff with "i am sorry note" and a free coupon to get us some snack. Which we thought was very sweet. But wait, it wasn't just "snack" we were able to use this to dine at their lovely, elegant, and beautifully structured restaurant. . The staff at the restaurant were so so nice and polite. Parking is $27 a day just so you know. Something we didn't expect. And they did not tell us they will be charging additional $100 as a hold for any "damages" I am saying these to say just be aware and make sure you tell them what is needed in the room when you book it or have them hold the room till you inspect it. But overall, it's a beautiful hotel.
We did not have time to explore all the amenities they have like the pool, gym etc but looking at them it was beautiful. They do not have a free WiFi which was very disappointing.

The hotel is in an AWESOME location. Just down an escalator is a Starbucks and a Walgreens, which is so convenient. We were able to walk to a TON of restaurants and we could walk to the stadiums, train, etc. The room we stayed in was dated and had a scent to it, but it was fine. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff were friendly.

This was a nice enough place. It was in a good location and easy to get to, the traffic in Uptown Charlotte never seems to get that horrid. The pool was fun and the waitstaff did a nice job. We had a pleasant few nights here.

Allergies absolutely killed us on our weekend stay. Of six of us, three of us had the worst allergy reaction in years probably from something to do with all the construction. One student there for our event had to have EMS come for his asthma attack.
The staff were polite and the hotel was clean. There was a very loud concert across the street Thursday night that went until 2am and there was nothing to be done about the sound.

I was just passing through and observing the hotel area for a social get together that took place inside, and I was very impressed. Additionally, the employees were very kind in directing me to where to go, not just in the hotel but around the city

Decided to do a favor to all the travelers, and let you know what is currently going on at OMNI in Charlotte NC.
Valet parking only. It's $24 for us, we are staying just 1 night.
There is remodeling going on currently. After a long drive, I wanted to rest in bed for couple of hours. No, didn't work out. Non-stop drilling was going on above us, till 6pm.
Outdoor pool not available either. Re -Construction is going on.
So, if you get yourself a room in this hotel next summer, you may be able to enjoy a nice, newer pool, and rooms on upper floors may be newly remodeled, and worth your money.
Overall hotel is nice, kept up, but older than I expected.
There is no microwave in the room.
Refrigerator stuffed with some drinks and couple of snacks, but you will have to pay for anything you take.
Pillows and mattress are really good!

I would have gave 5 stars but the bar chick upstairs need to get more customer service training and stop drinking on the job. The Caucasian short girl that work on July 7 around 3:00 pm . She served me a hot beer and thought it was ok . The Omni needs someone better to Represent them . Now that Manager guy that was working his behind off bringing food to that party he is a keeper . He was very professional and helpful . I asked him questions about reserving the area for a party. I loved his customer service it was top notch.
