Beautiful hotel. Great staff will help with anything!
Great staff but a horrible place for the business traveler. I requested a quiet room, got one by the elevator. Next night they move me to a corner suite. No wifi and to top it off, outdoor concert on a Thursday night till 11:30pm. Stay somewhere else if you want to sleep. Very poor value
Nosy all around. At night from the epicenter across the street, you can literally hear the party as it was in your room. During the day by the workers upstairs and 24/7 by the people passing in the corridor o from next rooms. Cheap finishes in the smallest bathroom ever, all that for more than 300 bucks a day
The Omni Charlotte has renovation work going on so it's a bit tricky getting in and out via car. Once I found the entrance the valets were great. A bellman offered to take my bags up to my room which was nice. Check in was a breeze since I'm a loyalty club member. I had a room on the 10th floor. It was more than adequate for my needs. The bed was comfy, pillows were nice, there was a minifridge with goodies inside, and I had a snack waiting for me from their loyalty ambassador. As a guest of Omni you get to use the gym in the building which is great. There's a Starbucks downstairs and lots of other restaurants and stores either downstairs or just across the street. Checkout was a bit trickier. I felt rushed when getting my car from valet and an employee had to physically walk over to a different exir gate to buzz me out. I know this is due to renovation work but it was inconvenient and I didn't have time to prepare for my car travel. All in all it was a great visit and every single staff member I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and taken care of.
No hair dryer for my wife. Bed seems to slant when laying on it. Otherwise room was nice. Room service was good. Heater for room did not work all that well and was noisy.
Beautiful hotel fun hip and reasonable price for where it is which is amazing rooftop pool is awesome!!live DJ and georgous set up I'd come back for sure
So let s start with the good stuff: great location Other folks at work rave about this hotel. I don t get it. It s DARK. Whoever designed the rooms hasn t spent time at night. The bath has one light; a cool fluorescent one behind the mirror. Looks nice but provides zero functional value. The safe is on a top shelf in the closet. I m 5 2 and can barely reach. The desk has a DINING chair, no task light. I ve removed the lamp shades so I can see. I m too lazy to pack up and move to another hotel but won t ever stay here again. This is a nice hotel for vacation but not a business trip
This hotel was awful. Our room was not ready by 3 and we had one of the high priced suites. Once in the room it was filthy. Dust all over the window sill and some kind of food left behind the night stand. This was a $600 a night room. It smelled and there was poop stains in the toilet. We complained to management and they gave us those $25 vouchers. After being super annoyed they ended up giving us half the money back for this filthy room. NOT WORTH THE MONEY DON'T STAY HERE. !! sheets needed changing and just like everyone said construction woke your butt up every morning. We will never return to this filthy place again.
We were there for our National Sales Meeting. The rooms on the top floors were renovated but several still had issues. The floor I was on, five, had humidity problems, mildew and the furnishings were very tired. The conference food was okay but the construction around the hotel made logistics difficult.
This place is amazing. Clean, friendly overall just a good stay. I will stay there again. I give it 5 stars
Nice hotel but they kill you with the parking prices. Robs that clearly need to be thrown away. For being in the heart of things the hotel itself offer very little. They lucky they got two stars from me. Not worth the price.
The staff was friendly, the rooms were excellent, and we had a great view. We loved Club 14.
It's hard to write a review on the terrible Wi-Fi at this hotel. The hotel is loud and rowdy with the surrounding activities. The hotel staff is also rather unapologetic as well.
