I have used OMG National On-Hold messages for over a decade and OMG has never dropped the ball. For example, occasionally there is a pronunciation error on the production and, regardless of the magnitude, OMG redoes the production immediately. I then joined OMG's Digital Marketing program and have been extremely happy. Similar to the ON-Hold program, our rep Nicole Storey, makes sure our program is running smoothly and calls me periodically to discuss issues and give me production reminders. I am totally satisfied.
