OMG National Review

The worst!!!! Stay away!! Mediocre designs. and what a hassle to end services with them. Once we finally stopped the charges our website mysteriously got hacked with malware and we got black listed from Google. What an ordeal to fix.

OMG National delivers time and time again quickly and professionally. Having used their services over the years we would recommend OMG for any number of marketing and media needs.

I ve been with OMG for a number of years.
My account manager Lauren Morando is always accessible and handles whatever issues arise or changes that need to be made to my social media in a prompt efficient manner.
She keeps me informed as to my social media metrics and is very helpful in assisting me with any promotional advertising through the various social media platforms that we utilize.

OMG has been very helpful, especially Hansen Sinclair. He was very personable and helpful with any questions and suggestions.

OMG National contacted me and exaggerated the position of my search results in Google. They behaved in a disingenuous manner to get me to buy into their services. I have tried cancelling and have been given the run around. Their work is subpar and they lack good web design/development practices. The site they made for my business got hacked and now I have malicious ads running all over my site. This is actually harming my reputation so I decided to rebuild my site with a real professional. I do not recommend these people and I hope you stay away if you care about your business. I wish I would've hung up on the sales guy from day 1.

Terrible service, I was set up to be charged at a later date and they charged early. I called to cancel and service never got canceled. Stay away the lady I was speaking with didn't even want to listen to me, she kept trying to talk over me. I had to yell at her to get my point across to make sure my account was canceled. Never again, even though they responded to this review, there customer service still SUCK!!!! Learn to speak to people, I have been a General Manager for a major hotel brand for years. I Never would have found how I was spoken to acceptable. You guys need to evaluate your customer service or people that you have working for you. I was supposed to receive a email about my service being canceled today and I still have not received it. Again service is a problem!

Nicole Storey is such an amazing person to work with. She is nothing but friendly and efficient whenever we've had interactions. The term "real people" definitely applies to her. She is a real person that is a pleasure to work with!

If you give your money to these people, you will regret it. If you've already given your money to them, stop paying. Nothing will happen, they will just keep trying to bill you. Do not pay. It's all a scam.

I worked here for 6 months running the entire web department. I built over 50 websites during my time there, working the backlog of errors, tickets, complaints, 6 month old website sales that weren't even started yet. Fixing hacked, vulnerable websites, created by previous bad development. You should see the things they were doing before I got there. Completely outsourced. Garbage work.

Their owner and his team has no idea what it takes to run a reputation or marketing business. "We consider ourselves a start-up in 2016...
" says the owner. This statement has everything you need to know about a company that's been doing business for 25+ years. They are funding their entire business on client promises. No investors, no earned money, just broken promises that pile up. A real sinking ship.

Not to mention, they overcharge. Their annual hosting alone is in the upper hundreds. You can get hosting for $10 a month from any major company. Why would you want to spend hundreds on a company that doesn't even understand what hosting actually is? Big red flag.

Their websites are completely overcharged. They are putting everything on WordPress, using templates that anyone can download and install and customize. They do not have real web developers there, just people who can click edit on the back-end, with no true knowledge in web development or SEO.

There's no real reputation management. Their reputation management is simply a 3rd party website and WordPress plugin that filters out reviews. It's a lie and a scam and not worth whatever they got you to agree to. Most people pay $500 a month and with over 900 accounts, you do the math. It's a scam.

They have about 12 unskilled and un-managed "account executives" that fiddle around on their gmail and social media accounts all day asking the skilled workers how to do their own job while they run around like chickens with their heads cut off because they can't handle the astronomical amount of complaints their clients have.

Be careful once you try their service and you cancel they will continue to charge your credit card to the extent I had to cancel the entire account with the bank in order for them to stop putting thru unauthorized charges

Told my internet presence was sub par, and went as far as to show during a demonstration where he pulled a few on line searches, like yahoo and Bing, OK I was convinced that I failed on my own.. but was smart enough to not give any $ yet.. hung up with OMG rep, and went on line.. everything he said was a lie, my listings are all fine and I'm at the top of all search engines.. shame on OMG.. thank goodness I didn't fall in their evil trap!!

I'm the owner of a fishing business. Take the time to read all the bad reviews. No good company would have this many bad reviews. Obviously they use there own employees and family to write the good ones. Ok lets get started. I told salesman Jay Pierce that I was only interested in part of the service they were offering because I already had someone doing my Facebook etc. I asked for him to get me a quote for the part of the service I WAS interested in paying for. He told me that he couldn't do that and tried the age old scare tactic that he would find one of my competitors that would pay for the whole thing. He then told me he didn't want my business and hung up on me. So to play his game I sent him an email offering him $100 if he could get one of my competitors to buy the package he was selling. He told me $100 wasn't a lot of money to him. Well maybe the business he could have gained from me, if he would have used his business sense would have been a lot of money over time to his company. Now you be the judge if this is a good investment of you hard earned money. Jay would have never made it past the hiring process in my company, but he would have been fired on the spot if I thought he was treating customers that way!

Terrible company! They told me they would provide equipment and scripts to play while people were on hold so they would hear about my business. They quoted me a price and we got to work. They sent me the scripts, and I tried to get them to work. No Luck!! They never said me the piece of equipment to link the script to my phone! I now have a thumb drive with a voice mail script on it that can't be listened to and I have called and spoken to the company multiple times. Each time I was to be sent the part I needed and never have received the part I needed. It is going on 8 months now and never resolved. A waist of my time and money. Take my advice and Do Not waist your time or money with these people.

I switched from doing my own website and SEO maintenance to OMG and couldn't be happier. Marc Frankel has taken care of any and all changes I ask for quickly and the results always look great. Marc is truly a professional at customer service and gets the job done for me just as I like it. Hats off to Marc and the rest of the OMG team!!

OMG National made a lot of claims with their proprietary AI software. But when it came down to it they were unable to even connect with my Facebook account effectilvy. No video ad was made, no weekly calls with the ad team, no detailed analytics (beyond what is found on Facebook). I don't know what I paid for. But I know that they were happy to take my money and keep it. As a small business owner I would not recommend OMG.

I am glad to be working with Josibiah Smith at OMG. He has helped with all of our reviews in a timely manner, and if we have anything Social Media related, he takes care of it. I have recommended other business owners to use this service, and they are on it. Thanks again for all of your help.

It's very obvious that most of these reviews are fake. I urge people to look at the profiles and notice that nearly all of them only have one review. This is classic cookie-cutter marketing. They make up fake reviews to drown out the real reviews stating that they give bad service. Also, look at the choice of words that most of them use. You will notice that they are almost all the same. I would never do business with such a dishonest company.

Alyssa Robinson has made my investment in OMG worth the money I have spent. She is positive and extremely responsive to my questions, emails, and telephone calls. She gives exceptional customer service.

My website did not work for 6 months despite multiple phone calls and messages. I refused to pay my bill, and finally it was fixed. My email address for our site hasn't worked since my website hasn't worked, and I am still waiting for that to be fixed. Once they are finished with your initial project their service is lack luster. Find another provider who has better follow though.

I have been a customer of OMG for 1 year. It wasn't smooth sailing at first as my first two account managers were quickly moved on to other things. However, when Kevin Blake took over responsibility for my account the changes were immediate. Kevin quickly delved into the reasons why my marketing campaign wasn't gaining traction. He repointed all the indicators in the right direction, and monitored the progress.
It wasn't long before all the positive indicators were ticking upwards.

But the truly amazing thing is the energy, enthusiasm, and experience that Kevin brings to set my marketing goal on the right trajectory. Kevin is very knowledgeable at what he does, and he is driven by a passion to do what is in the best interest of the client, even if it means extra work for himself.

If someone is not getting the results they expected from a marketing company, I would truly recommend they give OMG a call, because of Kevin's ability and professionalism.

Matthew Dunbar has hit the nail on the head here! I too worked for OMG and I didn't start working there because I needed the money or a job, I was simply bored and was WAY overqualified for the job. They have been in business this long because it was run by the father of the current owners who had business savvy and knew how to treat customers. His children DO NOT know how to run a business. Growth is not organic if throw a few dollars at another business owner to merge with you. Work is outsourced to Malaysia which is why nothing gets spelled correctly or done right. They prey on people who don't know anything about internet marketing. You don't need to search far to find reviews from people they have tricked, taken their money and delivered nothing.

Do NOT work for these people, especially if you need money to pay your bills and do NOT have these people do work for you if you want a return on your investment!!

These guys take care of our advertising and they have done a great job. Dustin manages everything for us and stays in constant communication to make sure everything is the way we need it to better our business I definitely recommend them

Great help for start-ups like Digital Battlegrounds!

I have had several dealings with this company,some positive and some not.I am very disappointed with the results from their reputation management program that my company,AA Auto Salvage & Recycling,signed up for recently.I made it clear from the beginning that one of the most important features of the program for me was getting review's posted to our website from all available sources.Fred assured me that I would have 100+ reviews by the end of the 6 month program.After several calls and five months they finally rolled the review portion of my package out and I received our review cards.We paid almost $2400 for the package and got zero reviews through them in my six months on the program.I was also told that I would keep everything working from the package when it's subscription was up which was not true.The review feature requires a continued subscription or it's useless.They did a website for me that turned out great BUT took 6-8 months to complete.

I have been dealing with OMG National for about 20 years now for my on hold messaging ,then facebook. Now Nicole is in our circle with our on line presence and what an asset she is to the already great bunch of people.

This company tried to bill us for charges not owed after they were told not to. Then they said the would close the account today but they already billed me for the month and said I don't get a refund... So they charged me for service not rendered, this is theft, This company is a scam!!

I got three proposals from three companies. The company I chose was not OMG because I felt one of the other companies had really "beamed in" on what I wanted. The Rep from OMG (Jerry Burke) argued with me over my decision then went over my head to the President of my company. Who does that? BAD, BAD BUSINESS. Because now I would NEVER do business with these people! Even the President of my company thought that was out of line! So be careful if you don't chose them they will try to make you look stupid to your superiors.

I've had to turn my ads off for 3 weeks now because I was getting too many calls and couldn't keep up with all the work! ill be turning them on again this week. I've gone through 4 different SEO companies so far and this has given me the best results I could ever imagine!

Absolutely love this company! I came across them when looking to start using local services ads and I'm glad I did! I did call multiple other places before choosing them, but I came back and chose to work with them not just because they had the best price, but also because they had the best customer service! Both my sales guy Brian and my on boarding rep Alyssa have been nothing, but a pleasure to work with! They answered and continue to answer the millions of questions I have/had, as well as are prompt in response time and always cheery! Definitely recommend working with them!

This company is a complete ripoff!!! Buyer Beware. We will be pursing legal action for Breach of Contract and Theft by Deception. The violated all terms of our agreement, then had the nerve to bill my card for charges after they were specifically told not to. If I could give less than one star i would.

Hubbard Cleaning & Restoration has been using OMG for marketing since 2005. They did our site and updates and now handle the seo work and review management. Oh yes, this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They charged my credit card, did not provide the service promised to me and still want take half of my money for nothing. I don not care about anyone else but I must get all my money back. I will also report them to the BBB!!! Am wondering if all these good reviews on here are real customers, I don't think so. From Milton, Tyler, Brian and the dumb females in the office, they are all crooks!!!! I have no problem taking this issue to the highest peek if I do not get my money back. So sad on this stupid company....

Where do I start? Henry has been beyond phenomenal! They are very straight forward and knowledgeable on the dynamic of advertising in my area that comes very aggressively on marketing, my biggest fear was communication, but no, not with OMG, day or night there s someone there to answer my calls, anything everything gets addressed and resolved quickly, they treat you like family, seriously! I call literally everyday and Henry is there for me, the OMG Team has been beyond amazing to me every step of the way, and Henry my specialist has been solid and a great investment for my company, tons of calls coming in without breaking the bank. I won t recommend anyone else but OMG and Henry, keep up the great work guys!

Brandon is one the most knowledgeable guy that you talk to to get fix all your web and email problems, This is polite and knows hos stuff, It was refreshing to talk to a person that puts his 100% to get take care of your problem and not giving up until the problem is solved.
