I signed up with this company because of the salesperson, Mattie. I had recently fired a different marketing firm after quite some time, due to lack of production. During our conversation, Mattie mentioned that she had previously worked for the company I had fired and agreed that they were awful. She told me that OMG National was nothing like the other company and reassured me of this several times. I finally believed her and signed on with OMG National. We agreed to spend my entire marketing budget on Bing instead of Google, since the Google market is so over-crowded. I was then assigned an account manager, and that s when things took a turn for the worse. All of my marketing budget had gone into Google marketing and not a single penny was utilized for Bing. I began contacting the company and nobody returned my calls. I even reached out to Mattie again and have not heard back from her to this day. After a week or two of not receiving any return phones calls, I received an email asking what I wanted to be done, and what they were going to do . At this point, it was too late. I told them to cancel my account and refund my money (which has never happened). I was flat-out misled, lied to, ignored, and robbed. DO NOT trust this company, they will promise you the world and give you nothing!
