Great local store with big selection of brand names and excellent customer service. And the best thing is that they're prices are reasonable. They're not more expensive than buying on-line and quite often they have sales on. Definitely recommend shopping here.

Waaayyyy too expensive! Store was clean atleast, but cannot look around without being hounded by 5 different sales people trying to get you to try everything on. When I eventually tried on a few pairs of sandals/shoes they did not offer a wide size in so I was unable to purchase.

Walked into the store at 6pm on a Tuesday. No customers in the store and three staff behind the counter. Not one of the staff verbally acknowledged me waking in. Unbelievable!!!! Very poor customer service.

The staff are what set this store apart from any other shoe store! There are always many staff available and they have all worked there for a number of years. It is so nice to be greeted by a familiar face. They are all so helpful, patient and knowledgeable of their products and stock. They sell good quality footwear and clothing for adults and are always willing to help. When they use to sell kids footwear, they were patient with the kids and did a great job of finding a just right shoe. I don't shop anywhere else!
I have purchased 3 pairs !!! of expensive winter boots in OMARS SHOES STORE. 2 pair of Olang boots were LEAKING. It was CONFIRMED by owner ( Raz Khamissa ) of OMARS SHOES store and manufacturer that they were leaking. Now I am not able to get my money back. Now I am forced to use store credit. Is that good attitude to customer ??
I have nothing against salespeople asking you questions when you enter their stores but, the salespeople here are border line stalking you when you enter. They hover around you like you plan to steal something. Very uncomfortable in this store...I will not come back here.

Highly do NOT recommend this store. Bought work shoes for serving for $170 and quality does NOT match the price. The soles of the shoes are in horrible condition after 1 hour of working on my feet. Customer service is not helpful and did not help in any way after I had ask if I could return the shoes after 1 day. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. A great way to take advantage of working students and rip people off. Save your money and energy and go anywhere else!

Great family run store with a wide selection especially for the ladies. For me they rarely have my size. But great, knowledgeable staff.
My wife asked for 3 different shoes in her size and not one pair in stock size 8. Disappointed. Decent selection and the clothing was really nice. Young girl in ponytail should have stayed in bed. She wasn't a pleasure to deal with.
