I have purchased 3 pairs !!!

I have purchased 3 pairs !!!
of expensive winter boots in OMARS SHOES STORE.

2 pair of Olang boots were LEAKING.

It was CONFIRMED by owner ( Raz Khamissa )
of OMARS SHOES store and manufacturer that they were leaking.

Now I am not able to get my money back. Now I am forced to use store credit. Is that good attitude to customer ??
