Venue is nice, but they overcharge & the food is portioned way too little for how much you pay.
Attended my cousins wedding and I was definitely impressed with ambiance, service, and the food was amazing -especially the antipasto variety and quality! My fave was the calamari and the pasta. First time that the DJ music wasn't overbearing and you are able to actually enjoy it and still e able to have a conversation.
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Hazelton Manor this past weekend in the Central Hall. We cannot say enough good things about this Venue! Ken was amazing to work with from the very first meeting! He helped us customize a menu, and answered any questions we had through the months leading up to our wedding. The space was beautiful and the food was amazing! We have been getting messages from friends and family about how delicious the food was. The Hazelton Manor team made the entire wedding planning process so incredibly easy, and everything went off flawlessly on the day of! Also a special mention to the bartenders; they were fabulous all night! Ken, thank you so much to you and your team for everything!

We hosted our wedding here. George and the staff are unbelievably accommodating and helpful from start to finish. George always returned my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and was able to answer every question I had. The food and service was amazing, we've had so many compliments from our guests since the big day. The venue itself is also stunning. We hope to be back for another wedding soon!
My husband and I have been working with Ken and his team at the Hazelton Manor for almost a year. Our wedding was postponed due to Covid, BUT Ken made this entire process run very smoothly. He took the stress off us and he was always quick to responding to our emails. Fast forward now to our big day... The Hazelton Manor took every precaution to ensure the safety of all our guests. They screened every guest and ensured every guest had a mask or they provided them with one. The food was EPIC!!! delicious! It came out warm, the steak was cooked to perfection, all our guests were very impressed with the hors d oeuvres, the antipasto, the desert and with the quality and quantity of food they got. The bar service was amazing, they had every alcohol our guests wanted and with Covid measured they made sure that the drinks were delivered to the guests table to avoid crowding at the bar. Ken worked with all our vendors to make sure our day ran smoothly . We highly recommend the Hazelton Manor if you re looking for a beautiful, elegant, clean venue and delicious food! Anything we wanted on our big day, Ken made sure it happened !!! I swear if I had asked for fireworks , he would ve made it happen somehow lol. I got married here in 2016. Overdue review! Ken was amazing from consultation to planning to the wedding day. Responsive, attentive, accomodating and friendly. It just made deciding on having my wedding at Hazelton easy and no regrets. I still rave about him when friends ask for reco! The hall is nice its not the newest in the area but its well kept. I wish the bridal suite was bigger but it was functional. Particularly the bartender was wonderful - fun and helpful - the entire night. The headtable server couldve been better at saving food for the bridal party though instead of clearing semi finished food off when we were away greeting tables/changing.....otherwise I didnt get any complaints from my guests. The food was good better than most banquet hall food! Must get their pasta on your menu! The antipasto bar was plenty!
Our wedding reception was affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and we were forced to change our date. The uncertainty with regards to whether or not we could change dates without penalty or what everything would look like only added to our anxiety. George was personable, understanding and sympathetic with our situation and made every effort to accommodate us so that we can celebrate like we've always hoped. My fiancee and I have read many horror stories out there about other banquet halls being much more stringent and refusing to help their clients out. We are very fortunate to have booked with Hazelton and wouldn't think twice about recommending them to our friends and family. We look forward to celebrating once we are able to! Thank you.

I wish I could give Ken and the team at Hazelton more than five stars! Everything about the day was perfect on their end; Ken was always available and ready to answer questions and address concerns, he recommended some great vendors to us and really shows care and detail to every prospective client. Not only do I recommend the Hazelton but I would not hesitate to contact them again for a future event.
I liked this hall. The main room seems huge - very well dressed and decorated. I found the staff very polite and did their job well. I did find the bathrooms less accessible that I would have liked for such a large gathering. For weddings - it would likely be a non issue but for banquets or conferences it was noticable. Overall - well out of the way which was nice.
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Hazelton Manor about 2 weeks ago and our guests are still talking about the beautiful venue and the food!! Ken was amazing! From day one he has been very helpful, he answered all our questions and respond to our emails very timely. He would take our calls no matter what and on the day of the event he made sure our guests were very happy and that they were! For the second year in a row, we have hosted our school's Semi-Formal at Hazelton. It was a wonderful evening and the staff always respond promptly to all our questions. They also work to ensure the event is equitable and inclusive for all.

We had our wedding at Hazelton Manor on Saturday, Jan 27th, 2018 and it was the most amazing experience. We worked with Ken and he was very helpful and a lot of fun to work with. Everything went according to plan and turned out beautifully. The hall is beautiful and the decor is very modern and neutral (works great with any colour scheme). The modern, clean, neutral decor was perfect for my wedding vision, and will definitely work for yours! If the decor does not seal the deal for you, the staff will! Our wedding coordinator Ken is the best in the business. He answers every email and phone call within hours (and most times even minutes!). I promise he will calm even the most anxious bride! He will remain interested in your wedding long after your friends and family do :) Ken is skilled in what he does and will work his magic to ensure you have the wedding of your dreams. The food at Hazelton, to quote one guest, was beyond expectation . George and the team at Hazelton Manor were wonderful in the planning process and even more amazing during the execution of our wedding reception. The venue is gorgeous, hands down. The serving staff introduced themselves, were friendly and inviting and answered any inquiries that we had that night. They ensured that my wife and I would not have a care on that day and absolutely delivered. The food was amazing; my guests did not stop raving about how much food there was and the quality of every course they receive. We had the tomato pasta, mushroom risotto, filet mignon and chicken breast and a plated and buffet of desserts! George was the point man in making all of this possible for us. We had our wedding at Hazelton Manor in September and we were very impressed with Ken who worked with us through every detail of the planning. Ken was very flexible and easy going, he made sure everything we wanted was possible, and best of all, he took on the responsibility of our day-of coordinator making sure everything ran smoothly. We were allowed to drop off our decorations a few days beforehand and pick them up again 2 days after the wedding. This was so great as it reduced some of the stress on us and our family members on the day of. In addition, we had a ton of compliments on the food and late night stations from our guests. Overall, the service was excellent and if we were to do it all over again we would definitely choose to work with Ken at Hazelton Manor.

The entire process from beginning to end was amazing! Hazelton Manor is not only a gorgeous venue, the customer service is amazing. Ken Cristofi made the process so easy for us and was always available to answer any questions we had and offer suggestions to make the process easier. Ken assisted us so much throughout the process and always had a smile or joke to make us laugh when times became a little stressful. The week of the wedding, he assisted us when we had a slight issue with our favours and saved the day for us. All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was but more importantly, how amazing the food tasted and the quality of the food selections. My Husband and I would recommend Hazelton Manor for any event, not just a wedding. It truly was our fairytale day. At the beginning of our journey, we visited several venues but after meeting with Ken, we were sold and ready to sign. I got married here a few years ago and I must say there is no better banquet hall in the city. Yes the location is beautiful and beautifully decorated. But the staff is like no other! Ken is the best and was there every step of the way and ensure we had a solid evening without any hiccups! Food is top notch, service is perfect, alcohol is always the premium stuff! This is truly a diamond award deserving establishment. We ve attended multiple functions here as well and the experience was consistent throughout the years. We got married at Hazelton Manor on October 26, 2019, and giving it 5/5 stars is not enough! Everything was perfect and amazing. The food is to die for and you get very big portions! We had so many compliments on the food. The only complaint of the night was that there was too much food. I worked with George and he truly was a savior. I emailed him multiple times a week asking silly questions and he was always quick to respond, gave lots of advice and provided all the guidance I needed throughout this process. We were so well taken care of. The answer to every question from all of the staff including George was "whatever you want". A beautiful venue with great staff and amazing food, what more can you ask for? I can not recommend Hazelton enough! Thank you for making our day even more special!

Without a doubt the best service at a hall I have ever received! From salesman, coordinators, bartenders and servers they all made myself and my guests feel totally comfortable and very attentive. The hall was clean and elegant, everything well kept and new looking. George and Jim were fantastic, answering every email and question. They also went out of their way to help me resolve a problem with my vendors after the wedding! One of the best, and most stress-free elements of my wedding was working with Hazelton Manor!

Absolutely the best place to host any event. We love Ken and his brother. My sister in law hosted her wedding reception here. We followed suit, and have had other family and friends host there events here as well. I even had my very small and private baby shower here. Ken was exceptionally kind to work out an amazing deal for us considering the size of the party. The setting is beautiful. The food is to die for, everything avaliable is tasty ... even modified dishes for religious or food alergic folks. We always have a great time at Hazelton!!!

Ken and his team made our day super special by guiding us during the planning stage enjoyable and making sure our vision was executed the day of perfectly. The changes they suggested for the food options (kabobs for the late night table) and floral arrangements for the sweet heart table made our day more special. Working with Ken, George, Jim and the team felt more like working with friends. Their suggestions were on point and they made our family and friends feel like super stars. Even to this day, our families can't stop talking about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue and convenient it was. The service here is outstanding. My sister had her wedding here last year and we fell in love with the hall and the amazing service and knew this was the place we wanted for our wedding venue. Ken and his team were amazing throughout the whole process - very good at communicating and supporting us through every step of the way and had amazing recommendations and tips. Our original wedding date was supposed to be in May 2020 but of course, COVID-19 had other plans. Once COVID updates were provided to Ken he would always updated us and keep an open line of communication. Unfortunately we were unable to have our wedding at the venue due to COVID but Ken supported us through all of the postponement requests and was truly empathetic. After many many MANY phone calls and emails (sorry Ken) my fiance and I decided to continue with a small ceremony in a family friends backyard in July. Ken reached out after the fact and asked for some pictures!!!! Truly felt all of the love and support - would definitely recommend the Hazelton Manor for any/all events!

Attended a wedding in February. Food was very good. Service was spectacular, bartender Patrick K was amazing with our entire group. He was friendly and personal and added to the experience.
I'm speechless when it comes to my happiness and appreciation for the staff at Hazelton Manor. Everyone on their team made my husband and I feel like royalty when it came to our wedding! Had our LG Christmas Party here, was a blast. The food was stellar, the steak was over cooked, but it was still delicious. The bar poured great drinks. The atmosphere was really nice.
Not sure if it was what we chose or not but this place had incredible food!
Event was a high school home coming. Instructions were provided indicating food allergies. Phone call to management at hall confirmed receipt of these food allergy notification. We were specifically told that the allergens are not served at all. When food was served the food not only had the allergens on them but when servers were questioned students were told it s not their job to care or know what s on the food. Servers were full of attitude and rude to the kids who all paid to attend the function organized by the school.
Love the set up. Ken was excellent knew exactly what we wanted.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Ken and Jim best experience ever great to deal with, helped and provided great advise through out the whole process, always available to answer our questions and provide great recommendations. We want to thank the Chef, kitchen staff and hall staff for their hard work. Our guests loved the food ( the vegetarian meal was a hit ) and the staff was so helpful. Small but good venue for weddings and other celebrations. Went on January 12 to wedding of around 120 guests. One small room for ceremony and other for banquet and dancing. Decor common. Most annoying thing was that walls are thin and we could hear another celebration, speeches and music through the walls.

We celebrated our wedding at Hazelton Manor July 20, 2019. I cannot express how AMAZING my experience has been. Jim and George were absolutely incredible and made all our dreams come true. They are honest, accommodating, and want to make sure that your day and night are the best it can possibly be! We are still getting compliments on the food and service ! Thank you so much for everything!!
We had my wedding at Hazelton Manor on April 14 (yes during the ice storm) and it could not have been more perfect. Ken and the rest of the staff made sure that everything was running smoothly, on time, and made sure all the guests were very happy. He made the time and effort to also speak to and get to know the members of our family and our wedding party and made sure that throughout the night they too were also having a good time. If something was not right, he would fix it right away. The hall was absolutely beautiful and we did not have to do much decorating, which was great. The food was also very tasty! My guests commented on how lovely the hall was and how great the food was as well. The staff was incredible, from bringing the food and clearing up to the bar which was staffed by 3 bartenders most of the night which meant that no one had to wait more than a minute for their drinks! Ken definitely sold and made our entire wedding at the Hazelton Manor exceptional, we could not have been more pleased with how it turned out! I would definitely recommend Hazelton Manor to anyone planning a wedding!
We had our wedding reception in June 2016 and it was everything we had hoped it would be! From the very start to even a few days after our wedding, Ken was always available to answer all our questions and was accommodating to all our needs. Everyone loved everything at Hazelton - from looks, food and the service all the staff provided. Ken allowed us to leave decor a few days prior and told us not to worry about a thing and that everything would be set up (and also allowed us to leave decor for pick up a few days after wedding!). The day of the wedding, everything was set up as he had said and it was absolutely beautiful! During the reception, he would frequently check up on us and ensure the night flowed seamlessly. The food was cooked perfectly and they were very accommodating to our guests' dietary restrictions and allergies. Thank you to the exceptional staff at Hazelton Manor, especially Ken, for allowing us to have an unforgettable wedding! :)
