Great bud. Different experience than at other places. Bud is pricey but its worth it.

The only place to shop in AA for all your cannabis needs. Amazing selection, friendly & knowledgeable staff, comfortable environment, decent pricing with weekly specials and they even have home delivery! Want more could you ask for?

I thought Om was a cool org when I saw they donated to the Prison Creative Arts Project and such. But now I ve heard they fund the police?!? Unacceptable.

I thought I was only donating to food gatherers?? Is it true Om donates to the police??

When it comes to the finest of quality product Om offers quite literally the best! Their meds are exceptional and budtenders are very experienced and knowledgeable. I drive an hour to get here and would recommend any length of drive for how incredible of an experience they offer!

I drive about 3 hours to get here and it is so worth it! The staff are quick to answer any questions and they are super friendly! Awesome selection as well!!

Oh wow where to begin. This is a great place to take an unsure uneducated person to learn about the medical benefits of cannabis and CBD. They take time to find out if you have food allergies and they make sure you don't accidentally get anything that you can't consume. They take time to make sure you are educated in the difference between medicines. They offer you assistance with ordering for doses, you are able to order ahead over the phone or the internet. the environment is completely zhen and if you have to wait the waiting area is like a giant living room and feels very relaxed in there. They have deals daily and offer discounts for veterans. Super great place and very helpful educated help.

Nice place, people are helpful. But make sure you check your sale.I bought a bunch of vapes and one was empty. They said they wanted the empty container and then they would replace it. Not happy

This was a nice place to visit. The staff were nice and the environment was comfortable, I was able to purchase my flower and also able to not have to worry about cash. The location is safe and easy to find.

Atmosphere and staff are always lovely friendly and helpful, they gave me a free top shelf pre roll today as a bonus. Honestly they often do when I go in it is great. Love this place they run an art studio on the side and have a VR in the waiting room. Overall .

Fun, loose atmosphere. Basically help yourself at a kiosk and let them know if you have questions. I'm a long time Colorado resident, so this was nice for me, but I could see a first time customer feeling a little lost.

Om of medicince is by far the best medical marijauna dispensary in the state.
A warm greeting into a state of the ART facility that offers wonderful smells and beautiful visions that exite before your brain can take in this magnificent place.
Doubling as an art gallery, boredom comes hard at this place.
Books, Ipods and even a guitar can be played on comfy, cool couches that as much art as function.
When finally entering the medicine room, your senses are swept away by the best tasting, cleanest medicine this side of the mississippi.
This place is worth a long drive.

Stopped in at several dispensaries in Ann Arbor. This was by far the nicest, most reasonably priced, and had a good selection. It is currently Medical ONLY.

Love this place, I only use two dispensary, Om and Sticky. Om has the best sales & the people and atmosphere are great.

Hidden gem in Ann Arbor and won't be for long. This was a walk in area with no line and very comfortable environment. Pick up area was amazing and I didn't mind waiting a minute till they added one of my products back in inventory. This was a great experience and a company that deserves the line. Please save yourself a long line and go to OM. I went for recreational and was much better priced then most in area. Ann arbor is also very amazing and has a great vibe.

This place has been consistently providing high quality products and service it has become my main dispensary. They have a great range of preroll packs and brands, and I've been pleasantly surprised with all of them. Some products are pricey so stick to the sales until you know what works for you. I go here for the Lemonati family farms products (Iran Contra) cant wait until you guys stock their pre rolls. See you soon

This dispensary has always provided nice quality bud. They have deals on pre rolls which I find randomly when checking the site often. They are generous with their portions and I feel I've gotten my monies worth. The employees have always been kind and helpful. Thanks for helping me get high!!!!

The service was amazing and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable! Also, they sell art from incarcerated persons that were wrongly arrested for cannabis. Super cool!

They had 5 stars from us unfortunately after our recent experience they need 1 star.
We drove 40 minutes just to come and spend our money at Om of Medicine, as soon as we pulled into Ann Arbor a rain storm hit. Their parking spots were all filled up so I had to drive around while my partner went down. After I looped around he was waiting outside in the pouring rain he had asked one of the associates if he could wait in the lobby since they had no open parking spots and its pouring rain, her response was its just a little rain (it was a storm and their signs were flying everywhere and cars had to park on the sides of the streets because of how heavy the rain fall was)
But its just a little rain right.
He asks the associate if he could use their rest room since we just drove 40 minutes to their store and they tell him no. I completely understand the COVID situation but I'm highly disappointed. If one of our customers drove 40 minutes just to come to our store we would treat them with a little more empathy. They have amazing weed and amazing edibles that we wont take away, but unfortunately the service we got isnt worth the good bud.

My wife and I have lived in CO for the last 7 and a half years and Om of Medicine is still hands down the best dispensary I've been to (returned to MI Oct. 22, 2020). My wife was a patient before we moved to CO in 2013 (our actual move in date for our apartment was 4/20). Quality of both product, and character as a business, with an impressively knowledgable, engaging and pleasant staff. In store they have art in association with the Prison Creative Arts Project, which is for sale and on display. They also contribute to several other charitable organizations. CHECK OUT THEIR COMMUNITY OUTREACH SECTION under the "About Om" tab on their site. It's the longest running dispensary east of the Mississippi or something like that. AND, they have thee coolest cannabis related collectable: an original, Federally issued (empty:), tin of marijuana cigarettes. Issued to and signed by, one of the first patients of the Federal government's Compassionate Investigational New Drug Program, Irv Rosenfeld (who is also one of, if not maybe the last in the program as well). Walked in on a whim and was bombarded in a pleasant way that felt so welcoming and warm. The operators are very courteous and knowledgable when it comes to any questions asked!

Drove over an hour to get there just to find out that the whole reason I was going (moon rocks) were not being sold as they claim they are on their website. Then I was given the impression that I was given some small items to make up for it when I had actually paid for everything! I was a new patient and didn't receive anything for it. Very disappointed. Will not be going back. They dispenseries in Detroit are much better.

*I paid for the concentrate and was told it was free as well as being sold a used roll up bong. I would have expected better from an "upscale" dispensary.

My family and I visited and had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so kind and ready to assist. We went back to back days and our second day we were helped by Jass. They were so sweet and even gave us complimentary gifts since it was our (close) to first time visiting! Will definitely be visiting again!

This is a place that I ve grown to love and rely on over the years for meds, but the current political climate has made me a bit uneasy. For example, there were two people there with MAGA masks on in the lobby and they did not seem to be very pleasant. I m skeptical of returning there unless I know it can be a safe space for all.

.... And then if that happens I'll do the review I'd of like to have done based on all service received there until tonight which would be a 5.

This was the end of a review I did recently. I am here to edit it , I took out what I had written as I said I would should there be some acknowledgment of how a situation had been handled by one of their employees there.
I have loved this place since I first went. It has an nice vibe, it's in a nice space in terms of the building, the inside is nicely set up with plants and other cool stuff to look at, and the service is excellent.
I liked when they had the M.D. there, but I understand times have been turbulent and affecting us all in all sorts of ways.

This is a wonderful pillar of the Ann Arbor community. They do so much for patients by maintaining fair prices and great product as laws change around them. And for non-patients there are seminars and comedy shows. All Praise On!

Best in and out dispensary in Ann arbor. I would go here before any of the other so called dispensaries. Other places are so poorly run, this place is a breath of fresh air

Owner is greedy and the quality of product has gotten noticeably worse. The staff is amazing, however the environment of this facility has been very uncomfortable.

This place has gone way downhill. I used to really like this place even though they're pretty overpriced for the quality of the product. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made it worth going anyway. Unfortunately the management/owners did not value their staff, and treated them extremely poorly. I will not be spending any more money at this establishment. If you're downtown, I recommend Arbors Wellness for much higher quality product and better deals

Digital kiosks onsite to browse and order, if you don't even have a phone at the moment. Wheelchair accessible. Rapid, friendly, professional service. Diverse menu of quality products. Occasionally, good deals on specials.

I've received nothing but top notch service from this place. Even got chased down the street today because a free pre-roll didn't make it into the bag and they caught up to me with it.

Nick is bomb and these guys know their stuff. It s refreshing to talk to other knowledgeable people about!! Will always return in town. Socially distanced hugs and we will get through this!
