They had 5 stars from us unfortunately after our recent experience they need 1 star.
We drove 40 minutes just to come and spend our money at Om of Medicine, as soon as we pulled into Ann Arbor a rain storm hit. Their parking spots were all filled up so I had to drive around while my partner went down. After I looped around he was waiting outside in the pouring rain he had asked one of the associates if he could wait in the lobby since they had no open parking spots and its pouring rain, her response was its just a little rain (it was a storm and their signs were flying everywhere and cars had to park on the sides of the streets because of how heavy the rain fall was)
But its just a little rain right.
He asks the associate if he could use their rest room since we just drove 40 minutes to their store and they tell him no. I completely understand the COVID situation but I'm highly disappointed. If one of our customers drove 40 minutes just to come to our store we would treat them with a little more empathy. They have amazing weed and amazing edibles that we wont take away, but unfortunately the service we got isnt worth the good bud.
