dreadful ordered 4 days ago still awaiting DO NOT USE !!!! ALSO SPAT IN MY FOOD

I have never seen such a small pot of garlic sauce, it might only be 50p but its the stingiest pot of sauce ever. The burger is disappointing too, barely any sauce on it either, and their idea of salad is just lettuce! No onion, no tomatoe, just cheap skates. Never ordering from there again

Very disappointed indeed, it took over two hours to arrive and was completely cold, they had missed the chips off the order and the drink wasn't ever the discribed size. It looks as though their service has deteriorated over the last year. Not somewhere I would recommend using!

Service was poor - Our order through their website was not received resulting in a 2.5 hour wait for food. Some or our order was also missing and after calling they refused to refund or deliver the rest. Would not recommend.

Food's okay, though I've noticed always a little under done but definitely *appears* to be the cleanest and best kept kebab shop on Prince of Wales. I'd rather wait another couple of minutes and have a better cooked pizza or slightly crispier chips or doner meat than shave off a couple of minutes and not cook so well!
Service always a bit odd the guys mumble to one another in another language at the same time as talking to their customers and it's often not clear if they're talking to each another or to their customers or, perhaps worse, *about* their customers! Certainly one never feels like a particularly welcome visitor to their establishment! Still, I'll be back, as their Doner Special pizza is delitious!

Terrible service - we ordered from their website and received confirmation order. 2 hours later when we phoned them to ask where the food was, they said there was a technical problem meaning they didn't receive orders from their website. Our money had already been taken at this point.
They then dispatched our order and an item was missing. When we phoned up to get this resolved they refused to admit it had been on the order (it definitely was, and we had forwarded them the order email) and they refused to refund the money. Spectacularly bad customer service.

Just ordered pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Best pizza I've had for a while and garlic bread perfect. Highly recommend.

Have never had a bad takeaway from here, the guys are always lovely and the food is better than any takeaway on prince of wales, burgers always taste like a freshly cleaned charcoal grill
