purchased a gelata roma ice cream for the first time and honestly I feel cheated, there is absolutely no chocolate sauce whatsoever, save for the brownish "chocolate colour " that keeps popping up after each scoop. What I got is not what is advertised or said in the package, I'm extremely disappointed and very upset about this product for it is nothing like the package said. This product is not worthy of its price.

So container bigger.... Actual value less than 1 litre.... Price paid for 2 litre
Good discounts on ice-cream but the shelf life will be very short
I logged a complaint in January over a tub of ice cream bought at game in Westgate. I have heard once from you company in January and nothing to date. It s March and no one has cared to call me or update me after sending requests on email.
This kind of service is not acceptable and trust I will never buy your products ever again!
Don t buy any of their products, they sell expired products!!!! There is no after sale service!!!
