This place is very busy, the nurses and doctors see patients very often. Some people in reception are not very welcoming or might be the lack of communication in other language.
The nurse at the first floor the blonde and slim was lovely with me and very caring.... she is kind and maternal.
Due covid the men , husbands or boyfriends had to wait outside in the cold garden they could bring some portable heaters for them sometimes they have to wait 4 hours in the cold weather.
The facilities are nice. I think some of the members of staff should have a better explanation of the treatments before starting the procedure.

After all the detailed examinations with them, we only got a description of Dr.'s opinion! So totally unprofessional and miserable on their part! I just charged and went with my wife to another clinic where they welcomed us nicely and where we solved the problem. Here we are now expecting a baby.

Of course, they didn't call tomorrow either. So extremely rude and disinterested! It's like I'm going to them for free! Even in public hospitals there is at least some order. They raised their noses, they think they are the best, luckily there are 10 stronger clinics than them and kinder ones!
