Olive Garden Review

So we called and were told the wait was 25 min and put our name on the list. Arrived 20 min later. We are told the wait is now 25 min. The list is 45 min, but we are at the top, so it will only be another 25 or 30 min. Really? No. 20 min later we are at the Ale House with hot food on our table!!! Now that's service!!!

good food, service good, the host at entrance not so sure looks like undermind some people...

It is the best place of all. Excellent food, superior service. Its decoration is beautiful, subtle, elegant. They really make you feel like you are in Italy. I recommend this restaurant.

Our waiter Chris was amazing!!!!! He was superb!!!!!

Italian at its finest! Everytime I go, whether a day or years in between, it is the same great food and same wonderful hospitality. Consistency is a vital thing that they have mastered, to keep me loving this cozy, heart warming, family friendly restaurant. Also, they won't hurt your pocket, especially if you're on a salad diet. Unlimited salad, soup and bread sticks is a bonus that is truly worth it!

Terrible service!! My husband and I took our kids here for lunch today and we left after 20 min. After we were sat NO ONE took our drink order or even checked on us, even after looking and pointing at us while trying to figure out who's table it was. It wasn't even like it was busy! We're talking about 2pm on a Wed afternoon, so there was plenty of available staff but they were too busy leaning aginst tables and talking to one another. Needless to say we won't be returning anytime soon.

Like always good food but the time to wait for your food sometimes is too much.

Don t order to-go here anymore. You get this microwaveable box which tastes worse and costs more than something you find in the frozen aisle at the store. 2 stars because at least they re friendly.

Awful!!! Service was just blah showed up at 1045 and they where just so fast on trying to get us out-_- sticking to ale House for late night restaurant!! Lol

Great restaurant and great staff. There was a problem with my plate and our waiter handle it very nicely. The chef even came out apologize and told us if we needed something to just let him know. Very greatful for the service I received today.

Order to go 95% of the time because its close to work. They just opened the new location which is beautiful and it has a dedicated to go area. The service for to go is great! Chip is friendly and courteous. Always makes it an easy to go experience.

Went to lunch with my daughter everything was fine till my entre came I ordered the seafood Alfredo the scallops smelled and tasted fishy I told the waitress and she said they are scallops their supposed to smell like that I said I didn't want it paid the bill and left I eat scallops often they are not supposed to smell and taste like rotten fish

Food was late getting to my car which was a surprise bevause they are normally on time. Was told the bread wasn't ready which made the dinner cold when i got home

Fake Italian food and service BAD STORE when the store open grand opening it was good I changed my stars from 5 to 1 lot of bad complaints from other people as well The waitress from the beginning when I sat down very rude rolls her eyes at me her name is Faith I had unlimited macaroni never brought me anything big party comes in I get ignored Eddie the manager comes over and takes up for her and doesn't even care terrible store the host is walking around miserable no smile rolling her eyes at people coming in the door front door store door dirty fingerprints all over the Glassdoor none of the host of doing their job stay clear of the store.

We had a teacher appreciation dinner at this restaurant. The staff was amazing! Very helpful, very patient and very cooperative. The food was great! I love the way Olive Garden has listed all the details about the menu regarding the use of alcohol and animal derivatives on their website. It was a pleasure visiting, we all had a fabulous time.

Wow, simply beautiful ambiance. They remodeled the restaurant to a modern romantic energy that is felt throughout the dining area. The center dining area has huge vaulted ceiling that resemble the ceilings of a castle. The dining area is larger than the old Olive Garden by Fashion Square Mall.
Would definitely recommend. We went for my daughter's 18th birthday and the staff was phenomenal. Our waitress was friendly and went out of her way o make sure we were well taken care of.

Awesome food. I have been to other olive gardens but the food that was served here somehow tasted better. Loved the salad and pasta.

Antonio was an excellent server! The food was hot and tasty. Restaurant, restrooms and parking was clean.

My experience at Olive Garden was wonderful. I wish all restaurant experiences was as good as the experience I had at this restaurant. The people was very polite and the server (Tay) appeared to be very knowledgeable about her job. The host/hostesses was very polite and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

A couple members of family decided to surprise me with a birthday lunch here and everything was perfect! From start to finish it was great!

The new location is nice but not quite as homey feeling. The food is exactly what you expect.
