Olive Garden Review

The food is delicious, I had the Smoked Mozzarella Rigatoni, It was amazing!
Our waiter Chris Johnson is the best! He's been working for the Olive Garden, for 18 years always has a smile on his face and always, Always, has a great demeanor! I promise you, you'll Love him! Tell him Dian & Betty sent you!

Service was great! Christopher was a wonderful server.

Haven't been in a while. Christine was our server and did such a fantastic job.

This was my first experience at Olive Garden; and I can tell I am glad I had it. It was quite a cozy and refreshing place, with high-rise ceilings, giving the place a historical view. The food was quite delicious; and the service was quite satisfying.

P.S. My girlfriend told me that this Olive Garden was better than another one she had been to in terms of interior design.

The new location is much better than the last and to say that the food and service was better would be an understatement. You're not going to an Olive Garden to expect the highest end Italian food but given the service and the environment I give it five stars all day for the value.

The food at this restaurant is so good that the Fettuccine Alfredo pasta and the Chicken & Gnocchi soup taste amazing. The dessert tastes so good. Our server Joel is very professional and kind. I would definitely go to this Olive Garden again.

New location & it is beautiful. Love everything about this location. Amazing experience from the moment I walked into the door and it was spotless. The food was fresh. Waiter was attentive. Food came out in a timely fashion and all specials were explained.

We were enticed into Olive Garden by a pair of intriguing new dishes. Fried pasta chips with meat sauce peppers and alfredo sauce appetizer. Our server Lala suggested an extra side of alfredo sauce,she was spot on. She also helped my son by suggesting portobello ravioli and chicken. It was AMAZING! I had another new dish with grilled Chicken fresh veggies and a "light white wine sauce." So light that at first I didn't like it, once again Lala to the rescue with alfredo sauce and some bread sticks seasoning. Mixed it all together for a spectacular save. Thanks Lala for a wonderful dinner. I'll be back for sure.

Super Busy, wait times were manageable but food service was extremely rushed so it was impossible to enjoy the nite out.

Me and my parents went to Olive Garden on our January's trip! We just come back from a theme park and we were so hungry! Then, we went there.
I ordered a pasta with tomato sauce and grilled chicken- hopefully we will return. It was awesome! And, the most important thing is that there are free and unlimited salad and bread sticks if you order and main dish.
We have to wait thirty minutes and unfortunately, our waiter was drunk. Luckily, he was very kind.

Awesome Soup Gnocchi, salad, seafood manacoti was so good and affordable!

Good location, old facility (being rebuilt now), ample parking, old and new menu items, very friendly and helpful (not obnoxious) server, fast service, great tastes, appropriate pricing.

Great customer service. Food tastes great. Would recommend.

Worst experience. Went to the new location in front of Floor and Decor, got seated and the server never came. We were seated for more than 15 minutes, even the two tables that arrived after me had drinks and even soup and I got nothing. 3 servers passed and none took upon them to ask. Left and will never come back.

Great service. Skylar was amazing. Request Skylar and you will get top notch service. I've had microwaveable noodles that were better. Not real Italian. Ordered pasta Al dente, it came out too soft and overdone. Can't expect fine dining with Darden

The new restaurant by Fashion Square Mall is beautiful... Add Soup, Salad, and bread sticks for 11ish dollars a person and you have a perfectly delightful evening!

Service seems to always be hit or miss at this location, ladies next to us actually timed how long it took them to get just their drink order taken, 19 minutes they told Manager, appetizers csme out with food, and was just rather sloppy. Othertimes however have had great experiences w no issues, but moreso unfortunately theres issues than not

Adrian took care of my mother & I and provided excellent service. Food came out hot and was delicious. I will be returning. Even if the food was sub-par (and it definitely wasn't) the service would have indefinitely made up for it. Thank you!!!!

Attention was excellent..the gentleman at the bar was super refined in his attention..noticed a slight change on minestrone soup flavor. ..lacked
va-vaa -voom! And the smell of carpet not being cleaned in a looong time..kind of deflated my excitement.you tend to believe the rest is as " doubtful" as the carpet..Sorry!

This is the WORST LOCATION EVER! Dont waste your time. Its been 45 min and we just got our second salad not even another soup yet! No more breadsticks, no extra toppings in salad like we asked, and the list goes on

I had dinner with 5 of my friends. It was VERY hot in the room where we were seated. We asked for refills of bread, salad and drinks...it was never brought to our table. The service was terrible but the food was good.

We went to Olive Garden by fashion square mall in Orlando after my niece graduated yesterday from Columbia College. The manager refused to serve her a drink because they said her ID was ruined and it was not...it have a minor fold indention. I believe that they we were discriminated against because we were 10 Hispanics; they just didn't want to serve us. Thus, we when across the street to Red Lobster and had a wonderful time.

Great place, Great food. This visit was for takeout. Breadsticks and Alfredo sauce. It was great to add them to our meal at home. Nice affordable treat.

If I could give zero stars I would. Although the new building looks very nice, don t let this fool you. The service is terrible and the food, well...not good either. Been an Olive Garden patron for about 30 years. I will NOT be going back.

Edit: fast forward a month or so. The service was slightly better but the fried calamari and chicken Parmesan was burnt and chewy. What happened to the good old Olive Garden?? Won t be found here. Sorry guys and gals

Even though theyve redesign the place from its original, they seem to have a conflect on whether or not to be an itali3 restaurant or a Applebee's with the big TV or abit carcker barrel or even the seating. Most people go to an Italian restaurant for the ambiance of being in a nice Italian restaurant. Not in a place where every waiter or server has to go around you as you eat. Causing you to hover over your meal because you don't know when someone is gonna run into you. And the bill did not match the little computer screens used to pay your bill faster, but was incorrect on the amunt to be billed compared to what it said on the printed bill. I would not recommend anyone from goning here to eat. Carabus is more homey and more Italian.

The service was ok. Waitress didn't offer refills on my tea, took until we were ready to finish up to get extra napkins that we asked for earlier. And the sauce on my ravioli was a bit Spicey.
