The carpet STUNK like it was Old, Wet and Moldy... couldn't wait to get out of there

This location has really updated thier venue. The lighting in this olive garden was very romantic and was felt perfect for a date night even with us going during the earlier hours of the day.

Location was clean and service was impecable. We went for the unlimited pasta bowls which is a great value for the quality and amount of food received.

We were very pleased with the service, food, and overall experience.

The odor when you walk in the door made me pass on dinner at this location.

They serve in large quantities, it is veryyyyyyyy rich

Food was typical Olive Garden, and decent. Prices are reasonable. Service was exceptional. The only thing that I've noticed consistently with this Olive Garden is that it smells like old, dirty carpet. But, it has been there since the 80's.

Food was good as with any other OG, but service was "no service".. This is the 2nd time this happens.. The first time the manager came around my desk and the excuse was that they just had opened that location.. Imho if you do not want to be seating for extended periods of time just waiting for your server to come back to you, just try another location.. I literally had to ask another server to check and make something didn't happen to our server and that she didn't get hurt or something b/c she didn't come back.. As a fact by the time she came back another server has already taken care of us and all she did was apologize as we were about done..

We have been to this location many times over the years. The place is usually clean and up kept. I would suggest getting rid of the carpet for tile or other hard flooring. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our food today was good and hot. We sat in the bar area as the wait for dining room was 20 minutes. They only had one server in the bar so they he service was extremely slow. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Takeout is always great here! Love their packaging.

Update review from a while ago. This was the last time my family comes to olive garden other then for there soup salads and bread sticks. My review below from about a year ago still stands. Olive garden is just another over priced cookie cutter run of the mill big Corp place. The food is never fresh and very bland. The staff always has to many tables to take care of. There is no room on the tables with the computers and menus they leave on the tables. If you want good real Italian food google search a mom and pops place.

I remeber back in the day going to olive garden was a big deal. Now its just another chain sit down and eat same old food the same way everytime. I am pretty sure i could take a pic of my plate ever time i go there and it would look the same evertime. There was a day when olive garden was Italian food now its just food. Allso the drinks are watered down.

Great food.Slow service. Seems to be Understaffed.Table attendance is poor.You run well out of your drink,while well in to your meal,before,you get some one to notice.

Dirty, the soup was luke warm...ended up sick from it ..... Service was wonderful and attentive...

We stopped in for lunch today. Sean G was AWESOME!!!!!! I'm eating low carb and he suggested the salad and shrimp scampi; they substituted the pasta with broccoli. Hubby got salad and spaghetti with meatsauce. Our son had the chicken gnocchi soup and chicken parmesan. They shared the black tie mousse cake. Everything was incredible. We'll be back!!!

The outside is very well, nice garden, perfect grass but when you go in wooo, you are hit by the nasty smell!!! Probably the carpets poorly clean cover in food day after day. They really needs to get rid of them is unsanitary. People are friendly and the service is ok, can be better with more help. Presentation of the food is good. Why 2 stars?
All the food is too salty actually is beyond salty, the bread, the soup even the salad can cause you a heart attack. And cause you a indigestion.
The main entre is always ok, but the white sauce is disgusting, super grease, if you are looking for a soft sauce use lemon butter, maybe help. I try different plates to have a better opinion but it always cause me and my husband an indigestion. :(
Portion are small like a fancy restaurant with just one side. They try to be fancy but you are not get the service of a fancy restaurant. Is no runners no boss boy, just a rush server running everywhere, so you know they don't have time to wash their hands, after clean the table besides you and is not their fault. No, Happy hours, drinks are good but over priced.
They offered a Moscato before you even start that should be at the end. You never star with sweet that is basic.

I really like it. FOOD and staff very good. The only thing is kind of pricey

Olive Garden is always great but this location is always super packed on Saturday evenings with ridiculous wait times! So I highly recommend to visit this place during the day if you are planning on visiting. Other than that great food and staff as always!

First let me start by saying that this was my first visit. The building is absolutely beautiful from the outside to the inside. My Husband and I were having a quick date night. We were immediately led to a table. When we got there I politely asked the waitress if we could have one of the open booths. She abruptly said No! I asked her why, and she went straight to get a manager. So we were left standing in the middle of the restaurant lost for about 2 minutes. The manager finally came and asked my concern, I said that my husband and I just wanted one of the open booths , he also said No!! We left at that point, because we felt nothing like family or valued customer. and I've been eating at Olive Garden for years!! Even worked at one for a while.

I am pleased that you can put in an order and pickup at curbside. The dinner was delicious just like we have experienced prior to COVID-19. The only thing is that the portion of salad was less than half of the container it came in.

This was our first visit at the new building. The wait was estimated for 30 minutes, but we were seated sooner. We were sat right at the front and it felt absolutely awkward and uncomfortable to be dining in one long sectional. With a group of people on either side. My husband was seated far across the table from me and it was not intimate at all. Our server came and we knew what we wanted soup, salad, and breadsticks, we both ordered our divine favorite Chicken and Gnocchi. Our breadsticks arrived and I was taken back by how tough they were. When you go in expecting the same fluffy soft goodness this can be a shock. I said to my husband this might be the last time. We were oberwhwlmed by the noise and not being able to talk to each other. Our server came back with our salad and at one point in our conversation I mentioned what I thought about the new location. I said it is lovely but it is not intimate and it is very loud. I could do mini table bowling with my husband with how far away he is. She said lets fix that and turned our table so we could both sit together on the comfy booth seat. This was the moment our dining experience became 5 star. Triniese our server rocked with her sweet, funny, and compassionate skills. The rest of our food was that quality and taste we love. She told us next time to ask for seating in the back area if we don't mind the wait. It is more intimate and quiet. She didn't make us feel rushed and she was fun and compassionate. She made connections not only at our table, but at the table next to us as well. Thanks for taking our awkward dining experience and giving us the 5 star treatment.

Love the modern decor. Service was very fast! Food was great as usual. The interior is kind of chopped up in small areas which I did not like. I like a more open view but, still very pretty.

Is it great, authentic, Italian food? No, I wouldn't say so. But it is fresh, tasty and a good value. Staff at this location has always been pleasant. I've enjoyed all of my visits thus far despite the pandemic chaos.

This Olive Garden is great. Usually come on our lunch break from work and sit at the bar. The bartender Sean is a riot. We've had soup served to us in plastic bags, breadsticks with faces put in our tiramisu, and 1 ice cube in my drink when I ask for no ice. (All in good fun). Seriously, this place is wonderful. 5 stars!

They just moved into a brand new building. It's beautiful!!! My wife and I regularly eat at this location and we like it here. Comparing the food quality vs other Olive Gardens, this place does a very good job. The food is also served very quickly. This location can also get busy, yet they still handle the rush very well. I remember more than 5 years ago this location was hit or miss, but now it is consistent in delivering quality service. Yes there are better quality Italian dining choices, but I'm only looking at how this Olive Garden compares to others.

Our party of 3 came here for a pre Thanksgiving dinner. We were promptly seated in the main dining room (in my opinion the place to sit) and greeted by our server Antonio. This room was bustling with diners and wait staff yet was not at all noisy. Antonio was very pleasant and took our drink and dinner orders. After our drinks were delivered Antonio also brought our salads and piping hot garlic bread. Our main dishes arrived just as we finished the salads. 2 of the meals were spaghetti with meat sauce and upgraded with 3 meatballs and extra meat sauce. The other dinner was sirloin steak accompanied with pasta with alfredo sauce. All our meals were excellent as was Antonio. We had plenty to eat so we skipped the dessert. This new upscale Olive Garden is quite the upgrade from the previous location down the street. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner because I wanted to have their primo amore wine! Lol. Well the whole night was great. The food was great, everything was quick and came out at a great time so that we finished apps and then went to entrees and then dessert!! My main reason for writing this review is to applaud our server Daniel. He was great! Very friendly, definitely knows the menu (food and drinks) and he was on top of everything. Never waited for anything and if we asked for something he brought it right away. When we paid our bill and I had just finished our survey on those tablet things on the table we overheard a table behind us complain about one of the meals they had gotten and proceeded to ask our server how long he s worked there, he said 3 years. The guy started criticizing him saying how that s a surprise because you d think he just started... my husband and I stared at each other in disbelief as our server, Daniel, apologized and said he s just had an off night... I m not sure if he genuinely felt he was having an off night or said it because that guest made him feel bad.. but that certainly was NOT the case for us. I really hope he sees this, I also called and spoke to the manager and let him know because I really want him to know to not listen to those people. He did a great job and we really want him to know that. Some people are always looking for something free or are always going to be unhappy. Customer service and the food/beverage industry aren t easy. Daniel did a wonderful job and helped make our anniversary dinner very enjoyable.
