Olive Garden Review

Not that great but as expected. Hard to find good Italian in the area anyway though.

Anytime I can get to Olive Garden, I do. My favorite drink is the green apple moscato. My friend and I always get the pitcher; it s just that good. This location was nice but there should be more parking around the building especially being in such a high traffic area. Our server was nice and the rest of the staff was helpful. The food came out hot and orders were timely.

Would have been five if our server was attentive. Clearly he was bartending and serving and that ended up with tables suffering. Long periods of time between checking with us. Probably shouldn t have him doing both.

Great food at reasonable prices. Antonio gave us fantastic service. We will be back. Thank you Olive Garden !!

Service is always great. Food not so much. But cant beat the soup salad and breadsticks. Gotta get the alfredo sauce for dipping. Yummy!

We were put in a small area for four people had to wait for the waitress to come wait for bread drinks were flat had to wait for fresh ones I was very upset after waiting all week for the family outing SMH

Always good food. A bit noisy on the weekends. Dinner hour after 6 is busy. Great staff. New one on Colonial is decorated very nicely.

Meh. It's not very good Italian food. I ordered salmon and it was really bad and definitely not fresh. The server kindly changed my meal to something different but it was extremely salty. The a/c wasn't working well and it was uncomfortable, especially since it was 90+ outside. My hubby and daughter said they enjoyed their meals some that's why this place earned 2 stars. Otherwise they would have earned 1 star. The salad and bread sticks are always good, but the rest of their fare is more quantity than quality food

Excellent service, our waiter was so kind and collected. He made sure our service was top notch checking the tables every so often to make sure everything is going good. The food was well prepared, the soups are excellent and overall a good night out. Inside is decorated in a classy Italian style, defiantly would recommend to anyone looking for a family night out. Or even a date.

I naturally don't go and write reviews that often only when something happens... Now I have been ordering ToGo meals for quite some time now and they have always gotten my order right. However, today they forgot one of the most important things.. The breadsticks... yeah yeah its just breadsticks... BUT they are Olive Garden breadsticks I was honestly looking forward to them but was disappointed when I didn't find them in my bag today...

I went there two times. We waited a long time for everything. The second time was better though.

We came here for dinner. Place was moderately crowded. We were greeted and immediately seated. They have a full bar and an elderly gentleman singing calm tunes. Some of the guests got up to dance to the music.Our waiter was very friendly and was able to give good suggestions on what is recommended.

I was going regularly for lunch but seemed as if it bothered the staff. Last time I was there never got a refill on soda. Also when I would ask for a salad refill it seemed annoying to my server, I waited for ever I didn't date ask for the bread sticks for fear of what goes on in the kitchen behind your back. The servers seem to get upset when you tell them you don't drink alcoholic beverages only soda they all seem to get annoyed at this with clients.

I haven't been here in years, but went with family. The braised beef gorgonzola is what will bring me back. And who doesnt love unlimited soup and breadsticks from olive garden! Would give five stars if their food wasn't totally atrocious for you. Sodium, fat, and cholesterol out the wazoo.

Brand new restaurant and it was an awesome experience had 2 servers with 10 of us they were the best

Worst service I've experienced. I am not one to post about this but I'm hoping management will see this and fix this problem. My boyfriend and I arrived here I was starving and very thirsty we were both in great moods and our hostess had a demeaning attitude towards us and I blew it off. We were seated and waited close to 15 min before our waitress even asked us what we wanted to drink. It is not that busy tonight and I've been a waitress before so I was kind of annoyed. I ordered a water and the mixed berry sparkling water... It came out and it was just carbonated water. So, politely I asked if she could add more syrup she said yes and brought it back out and it looked a little darker but still tasted bland. Then when my shrimp Alfredo came out it has hardly any sauce on it along with my boyfriends mushroom pasta. I had to ask for extra sauce. Meanwhile all this was happening a man and his daughter we're talking to a waitress in front of us and was upset because he had to take his daughter to the bathroom and he told the waitress they would be back and they cleaned their table taking all their drinks and food. Just a little annoyed with the service.

We had no wait at all. Food came out fast and was good! The staff was excellent.

Quiet atmosphere. Piping hot food and our waiter, Christopher, was terrific. This is the second oldest Olive Garden in the country ( thank you Christoper for the history) The inside is done in smaller sections and little enclaves which means you can actually have a conversation. We will be back with guests in the future.

I love coming here. It can be pricy if your drinking, but where isn't? I love the food and their gluten free options always leave me craving more. Truly a lovely place for special occasions or just lunch. C:

New location's about a year old now. First time in this week was Amazing. ...wait, I've been in to buy gift cards. Anyway, was though we rented the place out just for ourselves; no doubt thanks, no thanks to Covid.

Anyway everything was spectacular. We couldn't have imagined a better Olive Garden experience. This was certainly the standard that sets the standard. Flawless execution of concept, from the waitstaff down to the foods even including that snazzy late 70s kinda vibe. The space. I should have pulled up in a black Lincoln Town Car. lol

Special props go out to the hostess and our waiter who delivered 100%.

And then I woke up, but I didn't. Everything's downhill from here.

They dont seem to have anything worth eating anymore. Great atmosphere and staff. Poor food quality. Limited options. No option to spend more for better quality. It really saddens me this is who they have become.

Good variety excellent lunch previews but it takes a little, 2 types of soup that we ordered did not have them ready at 1230pm

Food doesn t seem fresh. Lasagna felt like it s microwaved and meat is so dry. Overall it s a bad trip to Olive Garden. Definitely think about returning here.

Waiter seemed a bit lost.very pleasant though .when she brought our salad there were no salad dishes. Then the salad had no croutons or tomatoe slices.asked for croutons and never recieved them.soup had very little portions.not the best experience tonight

Everything about this restaurant is top notch! We have been dining there for years!!

The decor is beautiful and the ambiance is great. However, after being seated it took nearly 10 minutes for someone to greet me at my table. Unfortunately this is the second time in a month that service was slow at this location.

Getting into the parking lot we were waiting for someone to back out of a handicapped parking space. We had our elderly disabled mother in law with us. We were waiting for over two minutes for the person to back out with our turn signal on the entire time. After she had finally backed out and moved, suddenly a car that was already parked darted out and took the handicapped space before we could pull in.
We get inside and it's over a half hour wait right at 5pm. We finally get seated after waiting 40 min. We order our food and drinks at the same time to speed up the process. A table is seated behind us and had a different waitress. 5 min later they have drinks, salads, and bread sticks. 15 minutes go buy, they have their food and we had just got our drinks. Another table is sat next to us, they order and get their bread sticks and soups after 5 min, we still don't have even bread sticks. I all another server if we could speak to a manager. No manager ever came. After a half hour the appetizers and bread sticks came. At 45 minutes the food finally came, but one of our dinners was missing. It finally came when everyone else was done eating. Very poor experience.

Excellent service, friendly people. The manager was actively on the floor, following up with customers and assisting her staff.

Food was exactly what Olive Garden offers - nothing came out over/under cooked or incorrect.

If you like Olive Garden, this is a great location.

Olive Garden is always good. However portion sizes are getting smaller. So that's unfortunate.

We decided on olive garden to celebrate my best friends graduation. We had a wait of about 45 min. While waiting, we decided to grab drinks and dealt with a really unpleasent manager, who im shocked was manager for how horribly his customer service skills were. In conclusion, we ended up very happy and pleased with our service next door at red lobster.

the new place is beautiful. the decor is cozy. the food was delicious and our server was nice. highly recommend it

Always like eating here and usually order spaghetti but I think their meat sauce is a little salty but I always like the Alfredo
