Shrimp scampi was awesome you can't beat the price on all you can eat salad soup and breadsticks add that boat of alfredo sauce and you're in heaven and if you're lucky enough to have Emily serve you it's a guarantee your dining experience will be five stars as well

My primary location has moved and reopened. The food is good, typical Olive Garden. I love the soup, salad and breadsticks. The service was awful my first visit but was better the next time.

I am here often, their plastic Olive trees are always dusty and they won't hire me to clean but the food, service and prices keeps me coming back...lol GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! :)

First I have to say that the food is always delicious, this is my to go place when I want Italian food. They served me a hot tea and the container was dirty but the waiter was very nice and apologized as he got me another one.

Normally a loved spot, bad service and meal prep. Hopefully just an off night?

I love this place he went to eat three times in one week 11/30/18 first time ever my sister came from New York. my daughter my granddaughter took us out to eat. and we had the best time in our life I don't know when I'm going to see my sister I don't if we going to see her ever again. she's really sick and this was my sister best restaurant she choose .she's going to have good memories. The Waitresses managers and bosses are the sweetest thing. I recommend Olive Garden to my friends and family. A Plus happy and satisfied customer thank you for your service

I just went to the Olive Garden at Fashion Square Mall and ordered the Shrimp Scampi. Normally it is good but this time it smelled like rotting fish. I don't think they stored the shrimp properly. I was supposed to get one of the $5 take-home entrees for a family member. Well, they took the meal off my bill but then told me I could not get the $5 take-home entree because I needed to have an entree and they removed it. So because they served me a bad meal that was removed, I was not able to even bring something home to my family. Moreover, the bartender who served me was also bad. My food came out right after my salad, my water glass went empty, and she left the smelly entree on the bar near me till I asked them to remove it right before I left. All of the patrons sitting next to me were shocked and were talking to me about my experience!

Food was good, not great. Mixed drinks tasty. We were a large party of 8 & the 2 servers seemed to be competing more than serving. (?) Strange vibe as each one came to table @ different times and complained or commented on the other's service each time. This happened @ water service, order taking & thru dinner All in all turned out ok.

I have always loved this restaurant and now with the new location even better.

I ate here last month at night. I do not know what happened to the cook. Maybe it was new because the manager was asking if the food was good. I said yes but not really very good. The salmon was dry they cooked it too. The super salty soup I do not know what else I ate. Last year there were no problems all rich.

This new location by Fashion Square Mall is beautiful. Each section of the restaurant has different styles, all based on Italian cuisine. The food and the service were on point. Definitely worth the trip to come to this location.

I want to start by saying Olive Garden was my favorite resturant. The new look is very welcoming. The staff is beyond amazing and friendly. Our waiter outstanding and staff members pitched in working together during the busy rush so every customer got the full royal like treatment. The soup and salad with
Breadsticks were fresh and delicious. The issue of the night that completely spoiled my dinner and overall thought on the Olive Garden branch is that I received my dinner plate and the spagetti and plate were hot as usual but the shock was when I took a bite into my steak it was no joke refrigerator cold. The outside of the steak was warm to the touch but the inside cold as ice. My husband took a bite and he was also completely shocked. The waiter again very professional apologized and they made me another plate. I honestly couldn't eat much at that point and we asked for our to go containers. Again I've always loved Olive Garden but this experience was a shocker. I wrote this review so hopefully management can address that issue. No customer should bite into food and feel as if they took it out of the fridge and attempted to warm it up because as I stated the inside of the steak was extremely cold.

Ordered online and did curbside pickup. Took a couple minutes for someone to come out, but wasn't too long. Nice staff & order was correct. Only 4 star due to taste of food, but it is Italian "fast food".

The new Olive Garden at Orlando's Fashion Square Mall on East Colonial is beautiful and spacious, even if we waited for one hour for a table of eight. Food was DELICIOUS and Bennet, our server, was very friendly!

Best Olive Garden in Orlando! Savannah was my server and she took care of my boyfriend and I so well! I had a problem with my drink and the manager came over to my table to explain the problem and promised to fix it. He did and was amazing enough to comp it too. I told Savannah that it was a celebratory dinner and she made sure we had a great experience. She was also kind enough to send me home with dessert. Can I just say... I can't wait to go back! P.S SAVANAH NEEDS A RAISE! P.P.S Dinner was delicious too! The Tour of Italy is never a disappointment.

Food is always hot and fresh...just need Coke zero...noone drinks diet or regular soda anymore

Usually when eating here they take excellent care of you and your order is correct. However today after 4 attempts to get the fettuccine cooked it was decided to swap it out for spaghetti noodles. I am very dissatisfied with how this was handled and will not be back

You could always count on all of garden for a solid Italian meal. Going in with the expectations that this is not made from scratch, the fettuccine Alfredo or the tour of Italy never disappoints.

Much better than they used to be in get the Alfredo sauce for dipping breadsticks. I will give them 5 stars when they stop using plastic straws.

Been goin to the same olive garden for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately today's visit will probably be my last at that location. Bread sticks came out to hard to chew. Ordered my kids a cheese pizza and thy brought pepperoni out. While my steaks getting cold waiting for them to redo the pizza I notice alot of blood coming out my steak that was supposed to be medium. I cut into it and I swear it moo'd at me. Waiter comes and I send my steak back. About 30 minutes later after my wife and kids are done eating my steak arrives burnt to a crisp and hard as them bread sticks they first brought us which I'm pretty sure was done out of spite. Then I get some lame story and a gift card. Best part was it wasn't even busy so there's no excuse. I'll be making the extra drive from now on to another olive garden.

Everything that's wrong with American dining can be found here. Unauthentic dishes loaded with ingredients that are anything but fresh. Good for families on a budget...then again so is McDonald's. Nothing against the staff, they just do there jobs. Every meal served is that of cafeteria quality you could find in a hospital, school, or theme park or huge buffet restaurants like Golden Coral.

I come to this location quite often. Never had a problem before. Today was different. The server she was amazing even though we waited at the table before even being a knowledge for 10 minutes. She apologized immediately and was friendly and took care of us in a super professional way. The problem was in the food. I ordered the chicken carbonara like I always do, love the way they make it specially the sauce. Unfortunately when the food arrive there was barely any sauce. I ask the server if she could provide me with a side of sauce and she apologized and got on it right away. 2 minutes later she came back to let me know that there was no more sauce that they where going to make more at that point I just decided I did not wanted the plate no more for the fact that they serve me an incomplete plate knowingly. She notice that I was upset so she went and got the manager and the manager offer to remake but at that point I was disappointed and frustrated and I told the manager. I come here quite often and this is the first time that I had the worst carbonara ever. She replied we will take it off your check and give you a free cheese cake. Paying for the food is not the problem. The problem was quality control and consistency. I don't think the manager care at all. Stop buying people with free dessert. I will not be coming back at this location even though the server she was great. I'll be going to the one next to Waterford lake never had a problem there neither.

Clean, friendly. Complete menu. Child friendly.
However, the hostess was not willing to accommodate our request. Apparently "never ending", means one serving...of everything.

Long wait time for tables. Service was slow. One order was ordered incorrectly by the server. Long wait time for correct order. Manager came by table didn't seem too sincere with her apology.

Such friendly waitstaff! The food is good as one would typically expect at an Olive Garden. However the employees at this particular location are extremely friendly and helpful. A great spot for lunch or dinner.

Poor excuse for Italian food. This company has severely cut its quality on their menu and have lowered their service standards. It used to be a decent restaurant but now the servers don't care, the food is bland and luke warm. We've tried four different Olive Gardens and it's all the same; the only reason why we came again is because we had a gift card. We should have re-gifted it.

A big shout out to the manager and the crew I took my summer camp kids on a lunch field trip my director didn't call to confirm and Christina,Jennifer and Maximiliano made it happen he gave the kids a grand tour of the kitchen and that brought happiness to my kids the food was amazing I was pleased

New server so out order was a bit messed up. Our hot food arrived before our salad or breadsticks arrive. We are it all bavkwards.
