OLC has good beer and decent food. It has plenty of space so you don't feel too crowded and the service is great. It gets busy late, but is good spot for dinner before the heavy drinking crowd shows up.

Aweful service! Took 20 minutes to get cheeseballs and are the only table! Burgers don't come with pickles? Burnt mini corn dogs! No salt at the table!

Great experience. Not to pricy and a variety of selections. Staff was courteous and prompt. Would gladly recommend the old lumber company to anyone.

PARTY BUS - Chad was super easy to work with and the OLC bus was the perfect size for our small group. Best value by far, compared to other bus services. We had a blast and our driver was fantastic! Would highly recommend.

I was there with a visiting Sport Team. OLC set up a buffet for us, did a fabulous job tasted great.

We went to the rooftop to hear the band play on 09.19.2019. The server was very good and brought our drink order promptly. However, the women's restroom on first floor had a wad of toilet paper (unused) on the floor in one of the stalls. The hot water lever on one of the sinks was broken off, and the hand dryer did not work. The facility as a whole could use a good scrubbing with hot, soapy water. Quite disappointing to see after such an extensive renovation a few years ago.

We had the walleye basket. It came with very good french fries and coleslaw. There was more than enough food. I had to take some home. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

I decided to give them another try and am not sure if I am willing to recommend them. When we asked our server about the beers on tap he said we could look at the pour handles...WTH!! How is that gonna help me decide. After a few questions and 10 mins later he finally was willing to help describe what was on tap. Food was ok, I think I will spend money elsewhere in town.

Not a fan. I find that the drinks are over priced and under poured. Food is so so and the service at times blows

A lot of different beers on tap. The most selection of tap beers in town & the friendliest bartender s in town. A lot of tvs with any sport u want to watch & if your game isn't on they'll find it!

4 friends and myself went there for a meeting last night October 30 2017. The waitress was very nice and tried to help but the food was just bad. No one was happy when we lift. The beer was good and cold, the only good part of the evening. I will not go back there "ever".

Food was incredible, but you should get rid of the male bartenders and only hire females. Your female barmaids were on top of everything. Your male bartenders spent more time starring at the floor or ceiling than looking after your customers. Trust me I know because I've owned and operated multiple bars across the country. Good luck!

Horrible service. Had to ask for menus and then took forever to get our food. We had to keep asking. There were not many people in there either.

Great atmosphere, nice and clean. The food can either really good or really bad, same with the service. If they get some consistency it's a 4/5 star place.

As being a employee of OLC the owner works very hard to have a great place to gather. With this being said the staff loves to offer a great dinning and drinking experience. Would love to see those who have had a poor experience to come back for the real OLC!!

It was ok. We went for lunch on a Saturday and it was pretty empty. Basic bar and grill food.

Good staff keeps getting chased off, bad staff and terrible service are usually the case.

Ok beer selection, but the food here is remarkably bad. Don't buy the food. Example: spinach artichoke dip came with stale chips and omitted the bread bowl. And was tiny.

I'm writing this review because I have all the time in the world as I sit here and wait for one of the five staff to get off their phones and take our order. We literally made eye contact with all the staff, but not one acknowledged us. When one of the five staff finally approached us, we ordered drinks. Eventually we were asked if we wanted food....then we waited, and waited, and then we waited again for her to come back to take our food order. I would rate the food at three stars. We only ordered appetizers, which were the pretzels (don't come with salt) and the spinach artichoke dip (which is primarily cheese). Moral of the story, we won't be going back. Horrible service, mediocre food.

I love that there is like 40 televisions here. I don't love that the service is awful, and very few of the employees know how to work the televisions.

Enjoyed our family get-together here! GREAT beer and pizza. Staff was awesome. Definitely will stop in next time I'm in town.

Incredible service, friendly staff, all around great time! A must for the full Vermillion experience!

Great food great viewing of sports. Bathrooms were well kept. The only downfall experience was I had waited 90 minutes for food while the AC was on full blast making it very cold.

Great atmosphere and they have Karaoke every Thursday Night 9:45-2am

The food is good but service is very slow.
I have been to this bar 10 times in the last 3 months and have never had efficient service, even at noon on a Tuesday with only 4 other patrons in the bar. I do not recommend if you are in a hurry. The staff is friendly, the food is good, but the wait time will always be long, upwards 30 minutes to get your drinks.

The food is mediocre and drinks are overpriced. Service has been within tolerance.

Drinks are expensive and bartenders struggle to get drinks served. I think the bartenders struggle with the Point of Service computer system, and setting up a tab. Then the bartenders weren't working a particular zone of the bar, and bouncing around and missing a lot of patrons that had been waiting a considerable time.

if i don t even wanna put one star, honestly we came in and it was busy but not super busy. people were getting up and leaving because the restaurant took 2 hours for an APPETIZER. i 100% do not recommend it. we came in and all the empty tables were dirty and we had to sit down at a dirty table. DO NOT COME HERE.

I used to go out there on Friday night with friends to play pool.

Service was OK, but they did not know how to make any of the classic cocktails.

At least they were honest about it.

Best for beer and simple mixed drinks, definitely a college town bar.

food is good. Service is meh. If you go there, plan on staying for a while because they take forever. Even when it s not busy.

Had mushrooms-were great, steak tips good, honey mustard chicken wings were bad- looked like slime.

We went on a Sunday (thank you, by the way, for being open on a Sunday during summer!) and ordered garlic parmesan wings and Thai chicken pizza. The games to play are excellent while we waited for food, our waitress was friendly and very helpful, and the food was your standard sports bar fare. I wish there was more topping on the pizza (many of the slices were just cheese, crust and sauce) but overall a positive experience. We'll probably return the next time we're in Vermillion.

First and only time I have been here on 03/15/19. They had a band Called Flannel performing all 90's. I also visited the Pub up the street that night and tried to figure out why more people weren't at the this place. I went upstairs. I couldnt find anything wrong with this place. I actually asked around some younger patrons why they werent at this place and some stated they didnt like a $20 tab minimum. I wasnt aware of this as mine was larger. We got some wings and Cheese balls in my group and the food was good. The service was great as well. I took pics of the bathroom as I was impressed with the brick construction in there. The faucets were sweet. Great place.

Outstanding treatment, both food and drinks were great. We had a private event and it was too notch. Highly recommend!

It s a nice and clean bar, but when it comes to food, plan on not receiving it for at least an hour or more even when there are hardly any other customers in the bar..... it s decent but plan on staying for awhile

We sat and waited over an hour for our food, and the serves told us there was nothing we can do because they have one cook on.. I get it, but on game day Sunday a staff should be prepared for that. A burger was then brought to us which was not ours, we tried to explain it and the server told us we were wrong, but then realized she brought it to the wrong table.. just very disappointing as this should be the best place in town to watch games. Moral of the story, we left without food and only paid for the drinks. We won t be back until staff is better trained and more customer service oriented.

The food was good but our service was horrible! We had to beg for refills & then we had to hand over our glasses. We were not allowed more than 1 glass a piece. Our food took over 40 minutes which is a little outlandish for bar food. It was also weird that all condiments came in little plastic cups. You had to ask for extra ketchup cups for fries & your burger- which was another 10 minute wait.

Love this place great food, great atmosphere, cold beer. Owner is always advancing and expanding. You must check this place out!!

there was a cute fat blonde one that vibed very well with the MINUTULEY taller red head haired one. the beer was phenomenal and the chesseball melted my eye balls. i would reccomend this bar and grill to my closest friends. good atmosphere and i had a good time

Superb Service and a great place to have any special occasion. They make you feel at home.

Not bad for a college bar, but it looks like they were trying for more and didn't quite make it. The service was off due to the fact that our server was also one of the bartenders, so he was quite busy with other things. Our food was not up to their price points, seeing as how their food is not all in-house made, just frozen and reheated. No specials, especially for a weekend crowd. Could be so much better if they just tried a little harder.

Best place to eat in Vermillion, new rooftop patio has great views of downtown. Beer is always cold and the staff is friendly. Love this place! I highly recommend to all friends and family who pass through verm.
