Amazing!!!! The best subway in Chattanooga seriously. Great customer service, they have a lovely attitude and they don't mess up at all. And it's clean. I will never go to another subway... The one from Walmart is the worst they microwave the subs instead of toasting them agh. And they always mess up the order.
Best Subway ever! Polite and friendly staff! Quick stop for lunch. If they have a line out the door, it still literally takes less than 5 minutes. Great new manager and staff. Love this Subway! Night time crew is great too!
As we are still in the pandemic, this particular restaurant was allowing dine in which is a bit counterintuitive but that's my opinion. They were mandated by the county that face mass should be worn yet they were not enforcing it, and when I found out that they had replaced bacon for roast beef on the subway club? I left.
The posted hours and the hours they are often not the same. Tried to go at 7:00 p.m., and the doors were locked. Sign says they close at 8 p m.. This is not the first time they closed whenever.

Use to be my favorite Subway when the old crew was there.I pass several Subway, but would go out of my way to visit this one.This new crew which consists of two young ladies need to learn customer service skills under manager Mrs.Patie.after my first visit I said I wouldn't be back,but give it another try,WRONG decision.The one that takes the money almost got a mouthful today.Never AGAIN
Great employees. Management might want to realize their store is frequented by businesses in the area. Business patrons need guest wi-fi access while they dine. This location advertises access but it doesn't work or the employees don't know the access code. Hence, my star rating
Flies was all over the food and the lady was still serving people the food. Even after I pointed it out, she became upset and I walked out of the restaurant.. I dont want to give it a full star but had to in order to leave this experience.
No wait and the person who made my sub was awesome. He had recommendations for my sub and it tasted so good.

I use to drive past other subways to eat at this one because the crew was friendly, fast, and good at what they do. I don't know why there is a new crew and why the others quit but I wish they still worked here instead of who is here now.

Subway is always a great place to get fresh food your way. I really enjoy their chopped salads. The place is usually clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. They also have very good coupons that come with your junk mail right to your door.

Came for lunch on a Friday. It was pretty clean and the employees are very nice. Not too difficult to find or park at. Overall it was a good experience.

This Subway is very very clean and the staff is always very friendly and patient! We go to this one in particular because it is close to our home and it's not many people in there late in the evening. This location does the bulk of their business at lunch time with the different businesses in this area. The sandwich meats, veggies, cookies and breads are always very fresh!
The staff showed a great example of teamwork, they ran out of stuff and were steadily restocking while serving customers.
