Terrible customer service, incompetent staff, and orders are always late. I just had to cancel my order and reschedule for tomorrow because my delivery had been pushed back 4 hours. I work graveyards at my business, and now have to go to bed hours late. Contacted management and no one cared at all, delivery windows are irrelevant to them. Get it together and have some pride in your work!
Fast unloading just takes times to get in have to wait till a dock is open then the gate opens. They re a bit strict on appointments

The management before was good, 2 hours and empty. Now they have new people working and they are lazy lazy. 2 hours on dock and didn t even start yet.
Lazy and rude people too slow and the line is too long on road and nobody care i have aa 10:30 appointment i arrive hare 10:00 and everybody in line on road but the one employee in this company i think he is a Mexican and he call only maxican truck driver he don t care we are come first and we are already waiting in line and for last 2 hours on road when my turn to go inside company then the other side is mexican driver waiting but i am front of the guye I already make I left turn because its my turn but the mexican guye he work hare he told me back up your truck i said why and he never listen and no care he call mexican driver first why he make a difference to religion. If they have any options for zero star or less than zero i put that now time is 12:54 and i just wait on door and I don t think i pick up and load because i have a another load appointment 1:30 i am already late what we do the company don t care our time our log book
The people here are awesome. Their receiving gate is very busy.

The guy in the receiving office he ask everyone for lunch who gave him $20 he unloaded first him he don t care about appointment time I came here twice a week every time he asked me for lunch
First time here and I have 10.30 am appointment. And I check in at 10.00 am. They unloaded me in 30 minutes. Nice people. Good service and they have clean restrooms. Street parking available.
Line of trucks on the street waiting , yet they take their sweet time on getting everyone off loaded. Very slow and lazy workers
You spend half of your life working for southern once you leave medical are any other reason they seem to forget you the next day I would advise anyone to search and find a different career because they have shown me their true color 25 years I've known guys that have worked there they don't keep in touch they say it's like a family a they feed you everything that you want to hear negative DRIVER OF THE YEAR DRIVER OF THE MONTH SEVERAL TIMES BUT YOU LIVE AND YOU LEARN MY DAD WORKED FOR GM 33YRS AND HE HAS PASSED BUT THEY STILL show recognition very Bad to think you are a commodity and your Not peace to Southern Glazier wine!
For 2 years I was buying cases of Aqua Panna water 500ml case for $31/case from southern, then found out it s $19 something, at restaurant depot!!! Big rip-off.
Since then I discontinued their liquor brands at my bar. Wish I can go less than 1 star!

They insisted to unload you strictly by appointment and then, when you get the door it lasts forever to finish unload. Lazy and rude people working in warehouse. Try not to come here for delivery
Closes at 5 but there is off street parking. Fast in and out delivery. Staff is really nice
Your employee Zach Wentland is unnecessarily rude and spiteful to absolute strangers and tries to get people that live across the country from him fired over Facebook opinions. Not the customer service skills I'd expect. Pity.
