Do not go there.it is madness.went to sell some copper and they told me they would mail my check since I didn't have a cash card with them.their was an old man standing there with a card that said he would use his card for a fee.did not unload my stuff there.bunch of crooks.terrible part of town as well.

These guys are the best hands down my radiator hose busted while I was in line they helped me out an fixed it for me great customer service the will have me business for life

I've been recycling for 11 years now. The staff and the employees are very kind and helpful. They are honest with their prices! Its been 5 years now sense I've Been Dealing with them . And i will never go any where else! I'm fighting cacer and everyone their stops what there doing. To ask me how I'm feeling. It makes my fight so much easier! And you can't get that anywhere else but OKON!!!

I hate that you have to have their cash card or get a check sent inda mail !

Everyone there was incredibly helpful. Especially Louis and Bennie. I really appreciate that they were so friendly. These guys helped me turn a bad day around just by being so awesome. Got a good price for my scrap metal, too.

Lines are long with people who don't have much stuff. It can take a while.

This is probably the most customer service oriented yard in Dallas. They seem to genuinely care about us and the employees seem pretty happy too. That says a lot about a place.
Kim (not sure of last name) has been a lot of the reason we go to Okon in the first place. She is a true asset to Okon.

This is the place you need to bring all your scrap to you will get the best price and the best service, you will love this place. I've made it my only scrap yard period.

This is great place to go and sell scrap, great set up and awesome staff. There is some person in particular her name is Monica, best service I ve had and outstanding way of always helping the customers

Slow was supposed too be here yesterday morning and they still not here the next day

Crook, the woman paid me I left came back hour later, after I off loaded she said she paid me wrong amount and deducted it anyway, I hope she gets what she deserves, never again, they should be ashamed

Worst place ever the cashier named Maria asked my hubs for his number. I smell a gold digger every time he goes there she offers her sexual services.

It s a good company but not a good company to work for. The workers are good people and good workers. I had the opportunity to work there couple of years. They don t care about there employees. At all they will make you work for less money. They promise you bonus and raise and they never do it. The owner doesn t care about the employees he will rather have his customers hit and disrespect employees then he will fire his employees. As of now I work in the same field different company and it s so much better they care for their employees. they have been doing everything they promised. I work for more money and less work. The owner is not an honest person. It s a good for the customers but not a good place to work for.
