So happy with the process from start to finish!
We got the Hot Springs Relay.

We went in looking at swim spas and hot tubs, and Robert helped us figure out which one we'd get the most out of and works for our space. He sent me options with tons of detail and pricing via email so we didn't have to visit the store multiple times (COVID-19). He also did not try to sell me the most expensive model or even the most expensive one in our budget. He was very up-front about the features and which ones we probably wouldn't need.

We then worked with Cary to get the delivery and set-up organized. SO helpful and flexible when we had some issues with the electrical getting done. He was very nice and always called me back right away.

I can't say enough about the whole process...and we LOVE our hot tub.
