Salesman Daniel Williams has been great. He took the time to answer all of our questions and worked to help us get the spa we wanted (Relay Hot Tub). The Initial site inspection is an obvious plus - their representative came to investigate our intended site location, as well as our property (from driveway to site-to make sure that part would go smoothly). The Installers worked efficiently and had it all set up and filled quickly. We had a mix up with the "cover assist" and the Service Mgr. came out to investigate - and all is fine - they re-ordered necessary parts and installed them as promised.
They thoroughly reviewed the procedure to test water, adjust pH, clean the filter, etc. - lots of printed info is included. All of our "levels" seem to be in an "acceptable range" but we will take advantage of their free water test program just to make sure we're keeping up with proper maintenance.

We are very happy with our purchase and glad we decided to go with Ohio Pools and Spas - the product is great and their staff is top notch.
