I ve been working with Ogma Conceptions for over a year now and have had an amazing experience with the whole team: Alok, Amar, Ramanuj, Manaranjan, Sudip, Deblina, Jishnu. Communication and the project turn-around have been superb, and they have also been very flexible to meet our requirements including adjusting to our time-zone schedule and working during weekends as well Which is magnificent I think :) I m really very HAPPY AND OVERWHELMED!!

Our project was a bit complex development wise since it has multiple functions and multi-lingual website that includes user and chain vendor account creation capabilities. In addition, we required a custom E-COMM & E-Wallet sort of a functionality that is linked with the local banking payment system which was nicely dealt & handled by Alok.
Another feature that distinguishes our website is a product catalogue feed from third-party on-line merchants; website bookmark to import data into our user wish-list (custom) which was also implemented by Alok.

Our project took a while to complete than it was originally anticipated and that is because some of the requirements popped up throughout the development phase. At some point we also found a few technical challenges due to the complexity of the requirements, however, Alok and Jishnu and the team always managed to come up with great ideas and always found a work-around. Alok has been really cooperative and helpful in providing suggestions and guidance whenever it was required.

We continue to work with Ogma for house-keeping and add-on requirements to my website. I would definitely reach them out for any web/app design and development requirement and would recommend Ogma Conceptions to my friends and relatives.

I am not working at this company, but with this company. We have accomplished 3 projects so far and I can say, that I am very happy with their work. We will continue working with them in the future.

The company has good developers and is working hard to accomplish the goals. They do everything to meet your targets.

However, if you are a software developer you will know, that development is sometimes cumbersome and roadblocks have to be removed. OGMA works on these and often comes up with nice solutions.

I definitly can recommend this company for app-, web-development and design work.

Overall GREAT team to work with. Our team leader Swan (Jishnu Saha) has done an awesome job coordinating the many layers of our complex project (web dev., android dev., JavaScript, gps location, and MYSQL database design). Although, I have redesigned and added features outside of the original scope of work, the Ogma team has done a great job understanding the concepts and delivering an outstanding project. Swan has been professional and incredibly hardworking.

Our project is now live and deployed within an internal work environment. Our US team is excited to launch within the Play Store and Apple Store later this year. We ve been blessed to have such a dedicated team to make our concept real.

We were very concerned with off shoring the development of our project. However, Ogma s professionalism and confidential environment gave us security reassurance. I am a HTML Developer. I have 2.5 years experience as a HTML Developer.
How can I apply for this position?

Have done some work with them, they are not scammers, just very bad coders. The best way to work with them (or any other company from India), is to have your own CTO mapping out the entire architecture, frame by frame and checking their code. They will usually hire someone to code, and not the best. Also use outdated frameworks. It will be a big mistake letting them handle the entire project for you. Also, they will sign whatever you give, NDA, agreements, milestones, etc, and the next day will ask for payments. Their work is like a Chinese toy, works 2 months and then is broken, just like their coding. Many (positive) reviews are written by themselves. For some reason they are in constant need of more money.
