Customer service has helped me fine and profitably.

Very bad service, no empathy towards customers as another user already indicated. Employees feel immediately threatened without cause and immediately end the conversation. The employees in the store are similar in nature. As a consumer you also have rights, and you can stand and fight for that. It shouldn't be that companies just get away with it anywhere, anytime. You are also accused of aggressiveness and physical violence while this is absolutely nonsense. I am accused of having looked up employees on facebook !! Sure, if you don't know who to look for, people will mainly look for names on Facebook. In short, NEVER more fossil for me. If only because of the brutality of the employees in the store itself as the head office to accuse me of falsehoods!
