Good at fixing PCs. Dont bring them consoles. My console has been in their store for 4 months. They certainly took my money and TIME but never resolved my issue. Got into a bit of a back and forth with the manager, we agreed on resolving the issues, but he hasnt communicated anything with me. A RUN AROUND FOR SURE.

I then tried to pick up the Xbox 2 months after waiting months for it ( I had to wait that long because I moved out of town which meant physically being there was going to be challenging to say the least) after sending my girlfriend to pick it up the manager did not want to return it saying it i left it for more than 30 days and that he was entitled to keep it UNLESS I REWROTE MY REVIEW. HUH????? SO YOU CAN KEEP MY BOX FOR MONTHS AT A TIME LYING TO ME ABOUT WORK YOUR DIDNT DO WHILE TAKING MY MONEY THEN BRIBING MY FAMILY WITH MY ITEM I TRUSTED YOU WITH FOR A BETTER REVIEW? UNETHICAL FOR SURE. GREAT JOB PARTNER YOU WERE BETTER OFF PLAYING BALL!

When you do show your customers the messages, show them the timeframe between messages so they can see how terribly SLOW your console guy is at repairs!!!!
IT TOOK HIM 4 MONTHS. THE PART IS COMING FROM CHINA NOT SPACE.

HE HAD ME TAKE A BROKEN XBOX HOME BECAUSE HE DIDNT TEST IT BEFORE GIVING IT TO ME. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER YOURE NOT GOING TO HELP EVERYONE THE RIGHT WAY. YOURE BEING PROBLEMATIC BY QUESTIONING MY INTEGRITY. TAKE YOUR BAD REVIEW IT IS WHAT IT IS.
