Met Daniel when our server required a sound and graphics card. We conversated before Christmas and as promised Saturday he began the install. Daniel is very professional and skillful with new technology and specs. Upon arriving commenced to working diligently on the server. Completed the install with tweaks amidst , the server is now up to speed and moving forward. Thanks for due diligence as we needed the server ASAP. Completing the server within time allotted , the fees were also reasonable with install and products.

Not a good experience. Needed a power supply, so they took advantage and changed me at least 13 times the amount. Not good people... This so called special power adapter sells for $25 dollars on Amazon. So if you think marking it up to $319 is fare... Plus I was in the area for work and needed the adapter to continue my work. I did reluctantly pay $319 for the charger because I was given no other choice. I needed it for a few hours to finish a job I was working on. I offered to rent it for $20 and then $50 and then up to $120 for just a few hours. Then they hit me with the $300 plus tax for this special adapter... In the moment I would have paid a premium, but not a total unfair amount. if I could give less than 1 star I would.

I was very surprised by this store, the service and the quality. But above all professionalism. I found them through the search engine since I had problems with two computers in the office. something similar happened to me, they fix my pc but the time of delivery was 1 month after schedule
All they good for is nothing other than fixing a broken phone screen even the home button is still wobbly I wish I never brought my laptop there they should just say We can t fix it. Never take your laptop there. It was ofi store I know where I brought my devises even ask Daniel the one who never keeps a word he dodges me every time I call

I have been to computer stores in the past and have not been satisfied so I have used Best Buy's Geek Squad. The problem is Geek Squad is too expensive, they take too long and you don't get the personal care I prefer. With Ofi-Store, Daniel Andrade and his team, I was elated to discover how friendly and informative they were. And the prices were reasonable. I got the feeling that I would be treated fairly which in turn made me want to go back and purchase a solid state hard drive and have them install it. I highly recommend these guys. Oh, and they gave me before and after pictures of my mother board. Such amazing transparency!
