CSS was brilliant when it came to installing the dividers for our company campus energy. My college was working with Brent. R and Justin. L they provided us with a way cheaper more efficient idea and we let them run with it! Justin had great communication coming to our site multiple times to assure everything went smoothly and the crew got everything installed in a efficient matter in one day ! Definitely would recommend CSS

When COVID restrictions hit, I had to make some fast decisions about our waiting room furniture as it was plush fabric (very absorptive). I called CSS based on some great recommendations and asked them if they could help. Within an hour, they came back with some hard back chair solutions that could accommodate pregnant women. The rental fee was very reasonable and they delivered the next day. The delivery guys were masked and polite. I highly recommend CSS, polite, very helpful and reasonably priced.

I recently had to do a phone order to order some items for my home. Even though the office is wheelchair accessible from the back, I thought it would be easier if I would just call, I spoke to Justin L and he helped me with everything I needed. I was not wanting to make the trip to go all the way there and be in the cold. He was so knowledgeable and so understanding about all my questions. I felt so confident with Justin and was very pleased with my purchase. I totally recommend to have this guy be your salesperson. A definite asset to any company and am glad he works for CSS. I already told everyone about him and that they should go see him for all their office furniture needs.
Were not on time, rescheduled three times, not impressed
Tried to return 2 packages via courier who delivered them. One ended up sent back to my home, the other they said needed more info in a voicemail. When I dropped them off I specifically said that I wanted them returned to sender. They said "Leave them on the table there" and that is what I did. No help whatsoever.
So incredibly grateful for Jaclyn and her team! Always professional, helpful, full of integrity and wonderfully generous! We recently did a silent auction and they were quick to offer an amazing office chair to our cause!
Went down and bought some "new to us" furniture from CSS. The experience was great and they have EVERYTHING. I'll be swinging back to get some new pieces for our office soon. They have new and used which I didn't know. Way better to deal with than any office furniture place I have been to.
