Tried to return 2 packages via courier who deliver...

Tried to return 2 packages via courier who delivered them. One ended up sent back to my home, the other they said needed more info in a voicemail. When I dropped them off I specifically said that I wanted them returned to sender. They said "Leave them on the table there" and that is what I did. No help whatsoever.
