Never talk to these people even on the court room just ignore ur public defender at all cost nothing but corrupt wanna be lawers

In touch one time with Virtuo court my last two court
Dates have been pointless I sat on the phone for 3 hours.

This place is a joke. Cracker box lawyers. Crooked and corrupt system.

I will not post facts of my case as it has not happened. However my Public Defender, Pamela Hoffman, has been very informative on what could happen. Good, bad, or irrelevant other side arguments. She has not missed a single appointment, and has been available to speak in person or by phone after every court hearing. No one likes the Devil's Advocate, but trial isn't about feelings. It's what can be proved beyond a doubt reasonably. I believe Mrs./Ms. Hoffman will protect her client/oath with integrity while defending me this January 2019.
This is the first time I have used a Public Defender. This instance, disability income doesn't allow a private lawer. There for I have no experience with Public Defenders. I honestly hope when it's over. I get to update my review and add 2 stars. As well that Public Defenders aren't as bad as stated by so many (excluding me) others! Long live dedicated attorneys, and loyal/loving dads who protect their kids from abusive ex's and their family money! I will be happy to share my personal positive experience. If it happens and once it's public information. My review is positive/neutral at present but honest. Update 02/2019. Just wait till the programs complete. I'm coming unglued with what happend in it's entirety! 2 or 3 stars will be my review regardless as she wasn't unscrupulous, but she was without question overworked and unable to give proper attention. One court morning she announced she had 117 clients on that days docket. No wonder they're racking in dividends on divergents who have no choice but to bow to their whim.

They drop the ball on defendant's rights ! This will be remembered come next election !

I was arrested 7-20-2016 for a warrant, which I accepted. The problem I'm currently having is the fact that during my arrest, I was falsely charged with possession of controlled substance. The officer that charged me is also a felon. I've called to inform my PD of this, and I never received a call back, so, I'm posting it publicly. If they don't like it, too damn bad. I've NEVER been arrested for drugs because I don't do drugs. All of my offenses are violent crimes. Then, in December of 2016, I took that same case to trial, and was wrongfully found guilty because the officer lied on stand. I have a copy of his personal arrest record. It took me this long to realize that I should post it publicly. The law doesn't want civilians to know anything. The people shouldn't fear the government, the Government should fear the people. If you're a resident of Hillsborough County, beware of officer Clinton Stearns of the HCSO. Narcotics Expert and Felon.

When you leave multiple messages about your son's case and the p.d. doesn't return your call about the case is very frustrating. When I complained about the lack of response, I was told that it is at the discretion of the attorney as to whether they return anyone's call other than the client! To me, that is not doing your job especially if the person has information pertaining to case!

These people are a joke to the legal system. My husband has been incarcerated for almost 6 months and, Everytime I call, I get a different story. His original attorney was supposedly let go and now his new attorney is not even available to talk with. Then I was told my husband was in violation of probation and he has never even been on probation! I'm wondering where these people took the bar exam, Disney?
