When you leave multiple messages about your son's case and the p.d. doesn't return your call about the case is very frustrating. When I complained about the lack of response, I was told that it is at the discretion of the attorney as to whether they return anyone's call other than the client! To me, that is not doing your job especially if the person has information pertaining to case!
