Today we received a message that they suddenly no longer want to transport freight for us because they have too little capacity. This also takes effect immediately, without consultation, while we have offered our customers transport. Terrible bales!

Order made at a large furniture company with a delivery option between 4 and 8 PM. I get an SMS on the day itself in the morning that the driver is there between 3.30 and 5.30 pm, and that I am called half an hour in advance to be sure that I am at home. What is happening? At 13:42 a missed call (because yes, I did not expect that early) with the announcement that my order is there, and outside (!) Is laid down in our front yard, where our bikes are and under a few tufts. Provisionally, a transparent canvas is laid on, but not on all boxes. It is rainy weather and at home there are already a few boxes pretty wet. When asked why this is so early and the remark that I am not happy with this, is responded as follows: "Well wrong, we are just before". Since I do not agree with such an excuse, the monkey came up with questions: "Well if more people order in the afternoon and there is only one in the evening, then it can be that the person will still be in the afternoon planned ". And not to mention the comment that it is only a "few boxes", I can not lift the boxes on my own (loei where and 3 pieces of 2 meters long) and I am forced to slide the boxes, making them sit under the mud and moss. And thanks!! Is it so handled with the customers and their stuff? From me 1 star.

Fantastic service. I had ordered a cupboard from Ikea to be delivered by Ugema, they would call when they were at the door but I didn't get a call so I missed them. Later it turned out that there was an error with my connection so the error was not with them. When I found this out I called Ugema and then they came over again to deliver the cupboard an hour later. Nice and very customer-friendly people.

Now twice in a row a major mistake by Ugema. First time a pallet lost a few days in the distribution center which has caused many problems with our customer.

What a mockery, orders from PostNL Verpakkingen deliver. There were a wrong pallet (frozen foil from the AH) in front of the door and a very stoic driver who seemed to think that there was a totally different pallet in front of my door than it should have been. Also take 0 trouble to come to a solution, which then had to come from PostNL.

Final conclusion, pallet with my things is still on deposit, loader / driver just not paying attention.

Last week received an order with many packages from Oegema.
Everything is neatly delivered. Employee was very friendly, gave a neat explanation about i.v.m. corona measures and asked where to place the delivery.

Super service! Had an Ikea delivery to a recreation park today. Ikea customer service had told that delivery to a park is no problem. However, the delivery drivers said that they are actually not allowed to enter parks. Instead of sticking to that rule, they looked at the situation on the spot and assessed that entering the park was fine in this case. Also zero grumbling when they had to wait at least 5 minutes due to a blockage on the way due to loading and unloading by another supplier.

It is a pity that as a company you are being judged on the anti-social actions of your employees. So you are probably going to filter better.

After a cupboard is delivered in my hallway instead of a bedroom and there is a note on the packing slip that I have no comments, I can do nothing but give a negative review and advise people not to use this carrier. Especially at the end of the day / week, the drivers no longer feel like being helpful and doing what you have paid for.
Not signing a delivery note is not a problem because they can easily do one. or place an x so that they can finish their round while you are sitting with a corridor full of boxes.
