Now twice in a row a major mistake by Ugema. First time a pallet lost a few days in the distribution center which has caused many problems with our customer.

Didn't deliver a pallet to our customer today because the driver was working on his hours? And we get nothing to hear? Another angry customer on our side.

I understand that something like that happened once, but in succession? We are looking for another carrier
