Order made at a large furniture company with a delivery option between 4 and 8 PM. I get an SMS on the day itself in the morning that the driver is there between 3.30 and 5.30 pm, and that I am called half an hour in advance to be sure that I am at home. What is happening? At 13:42 a missed call (because yes, I did not expect that early) with the announcement that my order is there, and outside (!) Is laid down in our front yard, where our bikes are and under a few tufts. Provisionally, a transparent canvas is laid on, but not on all boxes. It is rainy weather and at home there are already a few boxes pretty wet. When asked why this is so early and the remark that I am not happy with this, is responded as follows: "Well wrong, we are just before". Since I do not agree with such an excuse, the monkey came up with questions: "Well if more people order in the afternoon and there is only one in the evening, then it can be that the person will still be in the afternoon planned ". And not to mention the comment that it is only a "few boxes", I can not lift the boxes on my own (loei where and 3 pieces of 2 meters long) and I am forced to slide the boxes, making them sit under the mud and moss. And thanks!! Is it so handled with the customers and their stuff? From me 1 star.
