Nicely maintained course. Green feels are affordable.

This course was really nice and plush grass. The greens were nice with the water all around. The people working there are very professional and courteous. I like it being really close to my house as well. I usually only play it when my dad comes to visit, so good place to go.

Great staff and a great course. Put this on your list of places to play!

This is a cool golf club for all ages! The food and service was great!!!

Course was challenging with water, water everywhere. No Snickers bars, only kit kat lost 1Star

Went there for a wedding. First class venue. Food, service and view. The water served at the tables was TERRIBLE tasting. Like it came out of a garden hose. Everything else was awesome.

The golf course itself was not bad except for slow greens. Challenging and fun to play. The service was horrible. Refreshment cart made an appearance on the 3rd hole and then disappeared. We tried to stop for food/drinks on the turn but were told to hurry up and keep moving. We phoned the club house on the 11th hole asking about the refreshment cart and got zero help. Finally saw the cart on the 14th hole and had to chase after it only to be told she was on her break. That didn t go over so well and she decided to do us a favour and allow us to purchase food and drinks. Played on 03/26/19.

Course was getting major drainage work done. Price was right and greens were in good shape

Challenging course. Food good. Too much duck doodoo. Enjoy it, every time we play.

Might be a great place for a wedding but golf course lacks flat tee boxes a range with no grass bunkers with no sand greens which were slow and bumpy . Needless to say the other 7 guys in our group aren't in any hurry to come back. Phil do something or sell it.

Played today (7/21/20) and the course is in terrible shape.
This time of year the turf should be perfect. Most of the fairways are dirt and mud. The traps have puddles of water with no sand...all mud. Didn t see the beverage cart until the 18th tee box
This used to be a great course without a blade of grass not perfectly manicured but this round was a shocker. Not recommended at all.
What happened? Turned into a goat track.

It's a challenge with all the water but alot of fun and very well taken care of. Beautiful course..will play it again for sure.

Fun course(s)! The facilities are second to none, and almost all 27 holes have water interlaced throughout the fairways and approaches, which forces you to play smart/target golf...5w is probably your best friend here more so than the big stick or 3w. Oh, also, the sunsets are nice ;)

I just wanted to know the prices for the driving range because I have never been here before, so I decided to give them a call. The first time I called I was greeted by a "Julie" when I asked about the driving range the call ended and I thought I might've hung up. But no. Every time I called back it was the same person and as soon as I'd mention the driving range she would hang up. I don't understand how the golf course is okay with people being treated so rudely. There was no effort to help me in any way and because of this I will not be going to this course.

Good food and view but lunch was spoiled when cigar smokers were seated right next to alredy seated non-smoker on an otherwise empty patio.

Course is in GREAT conditon, absolutley beautiful.
Staff was very very nice from the carts to the pro shop, staff on the course were very nice and kept pace very fast. Only course I've played in the last month where I didnt have to wait to tee off. Lots of water, so be prepared to lose a few balls, despite any bad shot I hit I was still smiling after every shot. Amazing course, great staff, good pricing. 10/10 couldn't reccomend enough, definitely going to be back.

Beautiful course but you need to be accurate and long.

I attended a special event at the Ocotillo Golf Club in Gilbert, it was a wedding ceremony & the wedding reception. The ceremony was conducted on the lawn in front of the lake and it was lovely. The reception was also very nice but the host told me privately that there were supposed to be heaters & there were none. It got a bit chilly on the outside during the cocktail hour. However the dinner was excellent, all the food was very good & nicely presented. There was plenty of it too. Recommended.

It's usually in good shape. Lots of water featured on the course. Staff was very personable and course is run well. Only downfall is a lack of a chipping/pitching green. Moderate to expensive for the area.

Play Ocotillo this weekend....it was an absolute dump. Since Mickelson and OB Sports have taken over it has become a cesspool. It used to be in good shape, decent value and decent service. Not anymore. The most noticeable things: the course was just dirty - things/trash thrown everywhere, things in disrepair, dirty bathrooms, etc; you now have to pay extra for range ball; terrible service; no ranger to be seen to address POP; bunkers were hard as rock or full of sand/dirt that was too soft and caused plug balls; the tees look like they had not been cut in over a week; the greens even worse - just destroyed with pitch marks, etc; fairways with goose/coot poop and torn to shreds. Do not bother with this course, you can go many other places and get better everything!

Best course I ve played in the Phoenix area. Course is always in excellent shape and the staff are great.

The value is unbeatable.

Water killed me today. Wasn't hitting the ball good enough.

Called the pro shop to ask how much a bucket of range balls are, they let me know the price. Never tell me the range closes at 4 pm?(this is about 3:45) I show at 4:30 they tell me range is closed. No 9 hole rate just 18 hole rate. Sean at the front desk acted stuck up, really just ask questions.. happily will take my business to a better company.

I recently played Ocotillo again (Blue/White) after not being here for a fairly long time. I forgot how much I missed it. The layout os fairly open, with a ton of water, but still very pRange is being renovated and looks like it will be very nice when it is done. They still let you hit balls, they are just installing some great turf for the back area to help reduce wear, I would guess.

Fairways and tees were in good shape, a bit wet maybe, but this time of year it is nice to see. The greens were exceptional, soft, but firm enough to provide a great putting experience. Not super fast, 10ish or so...but just a solid, true roll and if you are decent, you are hitting some wedges that back up.

Food at the turn was good and the beverage cart attendant was pleasant. We saw her a bunch of times, even though she was covering all 27 holes.

I have nothing negative to say about the experience, except that the course is almost an hour from my house, so not an option for me all that often. But I hope to make it a monthly thing!

Kudos to the staff and grounds crew, great job in a tough time of year!

Mid August and the course and greens are in GREAT shape. 35$ 630am tee time on a Saturday can't be beat.

Had a great breakfast burrito after the round. Better deal and course than most in Scottsdale, sorry folks.

Course is in better shape under OB but the pro shop staff could use customer service lessons from Troon.

Since changing ownership this place has lost its charm. Staff and service were great but the menu was horrible very limited selection. The restaurant was empty too. Food was mediocre Too bad because it has a great location and huge potential.

Great course, decent value. Sean in the pro shop is terrible, talk to someone else for decent customer service.

Played November 12 & 13, course was in terrible condition, grass clippings all over the greens and the course, course way over watered, it was like playing in a marsh, greens were horrible, ball marks everywhere, none repaired, very disappointed, will not come back!!

Course in good shape. Lots of water but the scenery is beautiful.

This is one of my favorite golf courses in the Phoenix area. The course is very green (you wouldn't believe you are in Arizona), and the course fees are reasonable. I wasn't ever stuck behind another group, so I would say that the pace of play is great. Best of all, the greens are flawless. I highly recommend trying this course out.

This is an excellent public course in Chandler Az. If you like water you will love this course.

Beautiful golf resort and the banquet rooms are beautiful as well. I booked my son's 2018 graduation party here so I will review again after party but so far everyone is very nice and accommodating

Great staff. Course was very playable, from bunkers to rough. Greens read true. If you are playing for a score, target golf is the name of the game with smart selections in your shots, you can have a wonderful score! Highly recommend!!

Its a fun course, really entertaining and with lots of water. Its tough but very playable and is kept well. Grill is solid as well.

Course was in great shape. Reasonable price for the season. Staff were helpful. And an added bonus was that I only lost 2 balls in the water and considering the abundance of water that was amazing. Would definitely return.

Nice course, greens roll great, but... there is water on most holes running parallel along the fairways, fairways slope towards water, it blows my mind that there isn't at least 12 feet of rough to prevent some balls rolling in, it's like Ocotillo wants to piss you off buy dozens of balls and possibly not return

the greens are great but the fairways are horrible for charging $45

Greens extremely slow. Played gold course on the back and it was a mess. I'm guessing it would be a better experience during a different time of the year.

I had a chance to work at Wedgwood Wedding Ocotillo located at the Ocotillo Golf Resort!
The staff is very nice and helpful! Natalia and Rizalde were very professional and nice. They helped us a lot by constantly coordinating through the wedding.
The venue itself is very beautiful!! The bridal suite is big and well designed! The outdoor ceremony area is gorgeous and the reception ballrooms are huge!

The course needs a lot of work. All the greens look like the surface of the moon with craters everywhere. And the tee boxes were terrible. But its one of the cheapest spots to play this time the year.. so...pick you battles.
