Came here for O.C. night market. It has way more space than 626 night market. It's not as hectic as 626 and it's much easier to move through the crowd. The downside is you have to pay for parking, but the parking lot is much easier to get around than 626

Friday afternoon (3pm-ish) wasn't as crowded as we were expecting although parking lot was jammed. How can you NOT have fun at the fair? The smells of all sorts of foods fill the air..the exhibits & demos..the carnival games & rides-whew! Wear a good pair of walking shoes even though you'll be tempted to wear flip-flops or you'll be dreading it. Bring your San Diego or OC Fair drink cups for reduced priced refills.
Over priced for admissions. Game/rides tickets are as well. What I dont agree on is kids who are at 36' and NEED supervision, they have to pay for basically 2 tickets. Doesnt seem fair. Let's just say for example those who have a disability or in wheelchair? I think its something OC fair needs to reconsider this "rule". Food is okay. This year I noticed how they have the "value" meal which makes it affordable for everyone! Plus for me
Free parking, low priced-entry fee, no drama as our party walked through the Fair. Repetitive products, elevated pricing; a local night find some deals here (as they visit over time), but do not expect to find a super-deal.
Everything is fair should be. He offered so so much. Was sad that poultry wasn't there. But it was for the best since there's a disease going around. The rides were for young and old. And the food was incredible that everything everything that you can think of.
OC FAIR WAS TONS OF FUN!!! HAD THE BACON WRAPPWD DRUMSTICKS AND FRIES. THEY WERE DELISH. THE CINNAMON ROLL SUNDAE WAS THE BOMB!!! DON'T MISS THE CUTE BABIE PIGS. SO ADORABLE
Have been going for the last three years and I m always happy that we went. Would definitely recommend taking the OC express on the weekends so the price all together is 8 dollars per person (2/each way plus 4 to get in). They drop you off right next to the entrance and you go in the back way so you don t have to deal with the traffic. They have dole whip and other great food choices. The prices are high for everything which is why it s not a 5 star review. Dole whip was 6.50 without tax and was over a dollar more with tax, for example. Rides aren t cheap either, but the sky tram is worth it especially around sunset. That s about when the light off fireworks too so you get a nice show and view of the fair. They have fun entertainment and a good crafts area. The centennial gardens are impressive and lots of animals to see. I highly recommend this fair.
Just saw Cirque du Soleil's "Luzia" and had a fantastic time beginning to end, such wonderful experience. Show leaves the 25th of this month, bring the little ones they'll love it too!
I loved the fun and festive atmosphere as well as the variety of things to experience. Watching the piggy races and moving above the crowd on the SKY RIDE was super exciting. I saw the livestock and a concert featuring a Neil Diamond tribute band call HOT SUMMER NIGHTS. Some of the food I ate, like the roasted corn, pickle chips, and fresh made potato chips with bacon-cheese sauce was really good. Other food, deep-fried hot dog was definitely not worth what i paid for. The bacon-wrapped chicken legs and fries was not fresh made, over-fried and did not taste like bacon at all. The fries was just terrible. Overall though, I had a good time. I appreciated that there were full-restroom facilities, and fun activities such as food, rides, shopping, and beverages, and sweet treats for everyone.
30 min to park, 30 min to buy tix, then 30 min to get tagged & buy a beer. You won't have much fun unless you've spent a Benjamin per person and stood inline for everything including to leave the joint. Yet somehow for whatever reason i still come back year after year for the same abuse.
Had a great time at the Animal Expo. There were many things to see & purchase. I even saw one of vets there having a good time. Unfortunately, it only happens once a year around this time. I did notice that akot of vendors did not show but hopefully that was just for opening day. They did have alot of food booths to satisfy everyone's taste. I have been going for over 20 years & enjoyed each time. It's super easy to get to & like everything else, parking prices have increased from free to $9 but the Expo is worth so no choice on the parking. BTW, they have a ton of handicapped parking. Enjoy!
I was there for the o.c. fair and had so much fun and all the different foods. the best was the turkey tacos, bomb! can't wait til next year. If you haven't been I recommend making it a point to go next year.
They where so clean and use mask and had fun buying all the food in drive thru curbside pick up also they had restroom station I wish there was parking too park too eat inside the car that only thing I wish for but everything was perfect.
The place if FINE, i lost my glasses today on the log ride and they pushed me away and said come tommorrow and pick them up. I know they are not gonna be there tommorrow. Also every thing cost way to much
The fair was fun! Loved our usual fair food...skip the fried junk and go to Ten Pound Buns, the best sourdough pizza bread! So glad the Peking Acrobats were back this year!
