Fun at the Fair. Go towards the first week to see the competition animals.
The swap meet isn't what it used to be a lot of vendors have gone
The OC Fair has so much to see, experience and enjoy. We saw a concert at the Hangar, danced at the Cantina, ate delicious food and walked all over. I highly recommend going and bringing your family, friends as well as a date night with your significant other. I took the OC Fair express bus from the Fullerton park and ride so there was no hassle with parking and it was so affordable. $4 round trip and a $4 coupon to enter the fair. You can't beat that deal.
Lots of food and entertainment for the entire family.
Great people, but $8 parking, get real. You are going to cause the public to not go. You are getting enough profit from the vendors!!!!
It was terrible yesterday. No parking & just driving around while all the Police & Traffic staff just sat around. Advise, next time coordinate better & actually point people in the right direction. Also, as car go out let cars in...not that difficult!
Lots of people during the fair time. Same as the years before it. Not much have changed.
So honestly this place was very fun for me. I went with my sisters and we had a great time. Some things I didnt like were that it was too expensive, I prob would've wasted the same amount going to an amusement park. Still it was fun with all the prize games. The other thing I didnt like was that aside from paying for the entrance you also had to pay for the rides once inside. We wanted to buy the all ride pass but unless you're there before a certain time you can't purchase it and have to buy a lot of tickets. But the food stalls are amazing, all sorts of good food that I loved so big + on that point.
Went to a carshow. This place is always nice to visit. Decent in and out and sometimes confusing to get in. If your going to an event find out where you can enter and try and use 405 freeway and Fairview to get on those sides to enter instead of 55 freeway as there might be a line piling up. Depends on the event and time of day too
Too expensive , not enough securities since it's a fair for kids adults are walking drunk. ..
I work at Chuck wagon. It has very good food and service
The gardens are amazing. Wasn't super crowded and there was lots to do.
My wife and I love this place. The variety of events put on is fantastic. I hope the city never lets this be bought up and be used for any other purposes.
Best lemonade at squeezers its fresh squeezed outa bottle xD
The Oc fair is a great place to take a family for a great outing. The good is high priced as well as the rides. There are many amazing attractions to enjoy. My favs are the petting zoo and the turkey legs that come wrapped in bacon. After dark their are mostly adult couples which make this a great date night. Cons: parking can be a hassle!
ALWAYS go with my theatre comrades! Love The Experiences We Have Shared There HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, think twice about any rides of course like at ANY FAIR! But I haven't died, and it's been a blast!
Why was such first day padamonium tolerated I don't know. People were cutting the line after we had stood in it like suckers for over 2 hrs. Not as many rides as I thought there would be and of course way too much carny food.
I loved the fair events for the different ways that there was in every turn while attending the park events!
Great family fun with money saving days on entry fees and rides
Thanks to Brandon at the Verizon booth for hooking it up! Great service.
It's awesome...
But everything is super expensive like all the food or the souvenirs
Probably loved it because The Damned was so good, but the sound system and seating were way better than the last time we were there.
Always so much fun to go. It is hot but so worth it. This year we took the #OCfairbus and it was a blast, fast and cheap. $4 round trip plus a huge discount on the entrance to the fair. No hazel with parking or parking fee. Dropped off right at the entrance gate and not overly crowded. The fair is always fun. All the animals, food, new products, old products and the rides. Nice way to spend a day with family
I love when we come here for the farmers markets days.
Sprawling area with with a variety of events going on. Note that parking price varies by which event you are going to. Parking is free is you are going to the weekend swap meet.
Seems to be getting smaller but always a good experience.
Super overpriced. Didn't get on any rides because of how expensive the rides were. They did have a demolition derby and we had a good time.
First time goer, very fun and worth the 35min drive from la. Good food of course
Love the place for concerts, special events, and OC Fair.
Good fair the food vendors are good but the product vendors are not that good this year
If you've never been to the OC Fairgrounds and have no idea on what to expect then you need to get out and explore Orange County more. By all means start with a fair when it comes to town next summer
Came here for the OC Night Market, great organization from all the staff for the amount of people
Corwded and the same animals and rides as la county... And bot af
I go every year to the pet expo... Parking is always confusing and I always lose my car in lot. Nice grounds and great event.
Where did all the craft booths go? $5 for each arcade game is a bit extreme.
parking is a mild discomfort for such a great place to be
The OC Fair gets 5 Stars from us for a great time on each of our 4 visits this year - but PLEASE Fair Board take it under advisement that the vendors start cooking the food around mid-day and it is AWFUL by dinner time - sausages are tough and shriveled - chicken is tasteless and tough - all bad - we will not eat at the fair again - everything else is wonderful - animals - games - rides -
Food trucks at least 6. First off, plenty of parking, because it's the OC Fairground. This one is every Wednesday night and it's always a good mix of GFT. The also have a little beer stand set up so that everyone is happy.
Every week it's a different line up, so you there are multiple trucks that you want to try you better, because you never know when they will be there again.
I'm getting to the point past the food truck craze, but there are a few that I still want to try so you can catch me here every so often :D
I drive from Burbank to visit this Fair several times during the season I like it better than the LA County Fair
Always a fun day. Lots of things to see and do. Plus yummy fair food.
Great place. Great atmosphere. This place is just, I mean...great
Big fair ground with lots of activities year round.
Lots of fun, cheap entrance and a LOT of food. If you like the rides, it will be much cheaper getting the unlimited ride bracelet which oats for itself really quick. Lines aren't long save for the weekends
Lots of entertainment, well organized, security, I had a good time, thank you.
Pricy, greasy food that smells better than it tastes. Good options for entertainment though.
Good set up with lots going by on. Plenty of parking
Really excited for the Cruisin for a cure event at O.C. fairgrounds. So many awesome cars and free prostate screening. Get on out there guys. Saturday Sept. 22.
Amazing food, fun games, the dino exhibit was great and the farm was a blast, highly recommend for families and children! Bring a fat wallet though..
Saw the pig races for the first time. They are so cute. I had a great time.
