Great opportunities to grow if you have right attitude and desire to learn and grow. Work life balance is good. Pros Learning Opportunities, On time payment,Vacation,Good Management, Good Employee-Employer relationship,Good in house projects Cons Not that I can think of

I just want to give them 0 star but since it is not possible so I gave one, but they don't deserve it, they are nice until you are their employee after that if you ask them any experience letter or any other document they will keep avoiding you and they talk so rudely if you are asking something from their pocket , I must say never seen such kind of behavior.

I worked at Oberon IT full-time for less than a year Pros When I worked there, I got my payroll regularly (I have heard stories about other consulting companies which don't even do that) - so in the aspect, I didn't have any complaints. Cons I needed to get an experience verification letter for my green card processing and it was a very painful and demeaning experience reaching out to OberonIT for it - and in the end they rejected giving the employment verification letter. I reached out to multiple people over email and multiple times and there was not even a single reply. When I tried calling them, different people directed to different other people. One head of the company right away mentioned in the phone that they don't give experience verification letters and hung up the phone even when I was trying to talk. Another head of the company first asked me how long I worked for and after I said 3 months, she said that they will only give experience verification letters for people who worked more than 6 months and again without listening to my reply, hung up on me - very rude behavior from people who run the company! I wouldn't recommend this company to friends/colleagues based on my experience. Advice to Management Treat people with minimum dignity and respect even after they left your company!
