Very slow at responding to emails for quotes even when I called them to ask what's happening they say they will come back by end of day but dont. Obviously dont want work.

Needed an item urgently so paid the extra to get next day delivery. Item didn t get delivered and unable to speak to anyone. There are much better companies with better customer service. Hoping they will refund me now.
Had a custom made tarpaulin constructed for a trailer. Very happy with the whole experience. Daniel Millington was very helpful, he answered my queries quickly and concisely. The tarpaulin itself is just what we ordered (which unfortunately is surprising in itself these days) and was much cheaper and of better quality than other companies we had researched. Mudfords made me a brilliant boat cover that has kept things lovely and dry and clean over the winter, standing up to storms, seagulls and general muck.
