I've worked in this office for long. Totally unprofessional experience. No fixed date of salary. Even after 10 days, you are not sure. H.R is worst. There is big team of H.R but noone ever available. You never know who is in office or out. Who is in day or night.Developers are being provided faulty chairs whereas H.R occupy new ones.

Worked for more than 5years. Have seen so much of politics in the management. They are using rubbish technology and managers have zero technical knowledge. They don't like people in the team who are having more knowledge and do politics. Management consider employees as thr enemies. Shame of such management and h.r who call them professional and had done MBA, don't know how to do simple method of calculation of gratuity as for I need to follow up long with management. They even don't feel any shame on it.

The WORST employer I've ever worked for. Go to Glassdoor for some eye-opening, enlightening reviews. They treat their employees like garbage. Imagine getting an automated, nasty email if you badge in more than 5 minutes after 8 am, or are in the building 1 minute less than 8 hours a day. You never get credit for any time over 8 hours a day, or done outside the building. The CEO and his wife micromanage every, tiny aspect of every department and dime spent. The CEO refuses to upgrade or modernize the computer systems, and they run much of their DC on equipment at least a decade old, out of warranty. The systems administrators are run ragged, and pager duty is a week in Hell. Nothing in IT is automated, and they are constantly short-staffed, because of their inability to keep quality employees, due to the CEO's desire to be as cheap as possible. Imagine having to buy computer replacement parts on ebay and craigslist. The positive review on this site from Erik Amundson is due to his being the biggest CEO brown noser in the entire company. The CEO recently re-hired one of the most worthless former IT staffers ever to be employed at OATI as an "Infrastructure Architect". What a joke. Their software is aging and decrepit.

To put it plainly, they just don t treat people with respect. Here are a few examples that myself and fellow coworkers went through and that current employees experience:

1. If you put in your two weeks via hand written/ typed letter, they will walk you out early and try to act like they are doing you a favor.
2. They will overnight termination letters to your house instead of ever having a face-to-face conversation about changes to your role or your department.
3. Timelines of when you get promoted and when you get raises get shifted, and often without warning (sometimes by 6+ months).
4. they bring people in for jobs they don t actually intend on hiring them for. (For example you can apply, phone interview, and in person interview as a communications specialist, and then get offered as an admin). They promise you will get moved into the department you have interest in, and that being an admin is only a 6-12 month period to acclimate you, but that is false.

I worked there December 2015 - June 2016, however, a lot of the same practices still occur to this day.
