Great New Year's meal! We haven't been here for more than a decade but after moving back to the area we wanted to try an old haunt. The food was fantastic and great value. The surroundings and staff perfect. Thank you for a lovely evening, and the freshly cooked and warm beef crisps a naughty but nice pre-starter. We'll definitely be returning soon.

A nice large organisation, but with friendly staff who try to remember your name for every course of meal they serve.

Good service and decent food. My one main gripe it's the menu. My eye sight is not that bad (i can pass an eye test without specs) but i could not read the menu. The colour scheme and font used need to be changed.

Friendly service, good food and the bar staff took pride in making us amazing deluxe hot chocolates with all the trimmings!!

Always have a good meal at reasonable prices. There is a good range of meals including vegetarian. Expect a slower service when it is busy but the staff are always helpful and informative. Will continue to use on a regular basis.

Glasses were dirty , tables were sticky, and the staffs children were running around shouting and one managed to smash either china or a glass which narrowly missed one of the children in my group, Would not return.

Great front of house chap who was very friendly and helpful. Good service from our waitress. Food (surf and turf and fillet steak) was very tasty. We will be back.

Visited on my daughter's birthday. Excellent food, excellent attentative staff and all made better by the fact beefeater now accepts Tastecard. Great value.

Had a great chicken curry from the saver menu great value and very tasty and great service.

My husband and I decided to go here as I hadn't for around 5 years . At first they seemed to be busy but the waitress found a table . When our food came out to use it was well presented and it was rather tasty . We both ordered chicken , different types and it was very tasty and not dry at all . Chips were good too . We were sat away from the lots of people , it was still rather loud but can still hear yourself talking . It was very busy .

Great all round place to go... Restaurant area is inviting and so are all the staff! Also they have a bar area which you can also eat at which is nice too.... Would recommend to all!

Had a pleasant visit on a busy Sunday afternoon for lunch. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and polite. The food was of a good standard and reasonably priced.

Very good service, quick, friendly, attentive but my steak that was requested medium rare came out medium well to well done. A bit inexcusable for a steak restaurant. Come on chef get it together.

Plenty of parking spaces. Standard Beefeater menu. Large dining area, but split up a bit so one feels one has one's own space. Good service for drinks and meals and all brought to your table. Meals were good for quality and quantity. Reasonable prices. Will go there again.

Fabulous food and excellent service. Waitresses are absolutely wonderful too.

Reasonable food, not great flavour but it's ok and inoffensive. Service was the highlight, Kayleigh looked after us particularly well.

Went for lunch after being seated and waiting for 10 mins to order had to go and find a member of staff who where all busy just standing around and chatting . Finally ordered then waited another 20 minutes for food to arrive which fries were cold, food bland. Had not been here for many years but place has really gone downhill. Staff need retaining and restaurant looks dated and tired .

Starter was cold and had to be redone. Mains was nice. Service was good but can only give 2 stars due to cold starter.

Went as a family as a treat for my daughters birthday. Nice interior and very spacious. However meal was spoilt by not taking our order correctly so dad did not get served his meal. He had to reorder. By the time his meal came we had More

Very plain food. Poor quality. No mint sauce for the Lamb! Draft beers weren't available.

We had two steaks and both of them where chewy, good service though

Not especially busy at lunchtime today but very few staff around. Meal was, at best, lukewarm and 3rd persons hadn't arrived so 2 of us got started. No one around to ask to have them warmed through and when the waitress came to clear table and asked how things were we mentioned it. No real response.

Typical chain meal, but nice steak for father's day.

What a shame had to wait 35 minutes to get a coffee then when I did it tasted like nats wee . Food was cold when it came and the waitress ( Corrine) didn't even seem bothered when complained about .
1 birthday meal ruined by beefeater thank you won't be going back in a hurry .
