If I could give this organization 0 stars, I would. Purchased an online training product from the company and it contains outdated information: dated material from 2013; broken web links; no audio; very poor product. Within 24 hours after purchase, I contacted the company requesting a refund since their website states items can be returned within 15 days. However, the company refuses to refund me for this outdated and falsely advertised product. I would not recommend this company for training programs in general. Buyer beware.
If you want the amazon credit promised in a timely manner DON T use OakstonePR. I have emailed and called only to be put off. I decided to give them a try based on a colleagues recommendation but next year will go back to Audiodigest. Much more reliable.
The customer service representative was very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a CME product by mistake. After placing my order, I realized that I can get better educational materials at much lower cost. I called the costumer service immediately to cancel my order. They refused to give me refund, stating they I agreed to no refund policy. At there website there is no single line alerting for no return policy and I do not recall agreeing to that. There practices are predatory, and a disgrace for US based business.
I purchased an online training product from the company and it was horrible quality; a very poor product. Less than 24 hours after purchase, I contacted the company requesting a refund. The have in their fine print that no refunds given, just a credit to a different program. But why would I want a different program when their quality is poor? In my opionion there are much better CME options available, so beware Oakstone Publishing.
Overall, a great product with an exceptional team behind it!
